We were glad that we could check in in the early morning. We were offered a more expensive room on the upper floor which we were glad to take after a long flight from the US. However, it was too hot sleeping on the upper floor and we did not realize that we could have slept on the couch. We felt that someone could have mentioned that considering the ongoing heat.

Everything was excellent except the air condition that seemed not to be set to my liking and it was too hot. I requested adjustments and maintenance to look At it 2 times without feedback. I requested for taxi and waited for 30 minutes without any information as to why it was taking too long. I walked to Fleming Hotel and requested for taxi from there although l did not stay there and within 6 minutes a taxi arrived. The male receptionist were not pleasant at all.

First I got the standard room very small, ask the reception lady if possible to have the up grade, she check and tell me I'm lucky (last room in your new wing) I went in first impression like this is a newly room, a small thing happen I saw a used sock laying on the floor (the last guest left) I keep a side but not report to reception, after one day I put into the dustbin. No wifi working during my stay your new in room coffee maker, don't know how to use (no manual) ask your house keeper, she don't know either, we have to give up

We arrived at the hotel on the 30th of June. As we entered the hotel the reception we experienced was less than welcoming and boderline rude. After the the unconfortable check in process I tried to seek some information about the surroundings and tourist attractions but rather than provide some help we were told we can read about it ourselves. The few times I came down and passed the reception area the staff member seemed to be always gazing into his mobile phone. As an international airline pilot I travel the world and I have stayed in many different hotels and this would have to be one of the most unpleasant experiences I have encountered. During my entire stay my family and I felt as if it was a burden for them to have us as guests. In general it seems like the staff have a problem creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We primary chose the hotel based on location, cost effectiveness and the online reviews. Whilst we were satisfied with the first two points the reviews in my opinion were inaccurate. In general the rooms were clean an tidy but the airconditioner in the room was totally useless. Often in the evening it was cooler outside than inside the room.

Friendly and supporting reception. They helped to arrange a late check out even the hotel was pretty much booked out. In the past year they have refurbished step by step the rooms which have now a fresh and accommodating look. Air condition worked well despite of this super hot day.

« A little below average »

I had booked rooms for 3 individuals including myself. I am a GOLD member but I was not given any of the normal "perks" that go with that status. The water in my room was not free and there was no welcome gift for example. It is not that important but does put a damper on the whole experience. In addition I feel as a GOLD member if I am booking multiple rooms my colleagues, we should at least all be provided gratis water in our rooms.

Hello, Overall, the stay was OK, but not great. The room was decent. A nice size, but the bathroom was very small and i was surprised to find out there a no mini refrigerators in the rooms. Also, I was supposed to receive a free drink voucher for foregoing room service, but never received it and when I went to redeem the drink, it was charged to my room which it should not have been and then there was no way to remove it from my bill at check in. I would appreciate it if you correct the situation. Thanks.

Strange behavior from the 2 reception lady and their supervisor , they want to charge me for the hotel stay while my booking was already prepaid and non refundable. They told no it hasn’t be deducted, While I showed them the deduction from my Credit card, they wasn’t even sure and they verify from the amount paid and and the credit card number. And after few minutes the supervisor told me yes it was paid , but what make me angry that while they were checking the system the unprofessional supervisor said to their colleague « wait until I check this f..cken  ..... » when she was saying him something.
