« I have to ask myself whether this place is Novotel chain's hotel »

1)Even the room is renovated but the facilities look very common even worse than some local hotels & resort in Chaoloa beach or Chandhaburi area. 2)The breafast is terrible, poor quality and very limited choice. The service at the breakfast outlet need big improvement as wll 3)There is no waiter or bell boy when car arrival, I have to organize the luggages from the car by myself 4)I have to pay the room rate almost 4,000 Thai Baht per room per night. To be honest, I can spend only 1,500 Thai Baht with the local hotel&resort nearby. This price is unfair to the consumer who expect the high standard hotel chain named "Novotel" 5)I am one of the member of the consumer protection committee, working at the parliament since last 5 years, now, I have realized how some of the consumers feel dissatisfaction when they get the below standard from the service provider, especially, the big name like "Novotel" 6)You need a big improvement, otherwise you have to change to the other names and should not charge the unreasonable price to any consumer

It is true we don''t not offer rooms for the same price as local guest house as we offer 3 dinning outlets, full service Spa, gym, kids rooms, free wifi, pool bar, tropical garden setting and a full experienced team. It is regrettable that you were not able to share your dissatisfaction with our management team while you were here, so that we could have personally met you and resolved any concerns immediately. We do offer concierge service and if our team is notified we they will be always happy to assist with your luggage to and from the room. As we strive to continue our goal of excellence, our property is also very excited about the new rooms that will be available to guests starting in November. « Good, great area to stay, very good staff. »

Great area, super beach, staff we met were very good, helpful and polite. One problem for me is shower over the bath, I am partly disabled and I find getting out if the bath a bit dangerous. The weak side of the hotel is food. I understand its mainly holiday hotel, but that is not an excuse.

Room and furniture were rather shabby but very clean. Staffs were cordially helpful. Pools were specious. We were surrounded by gardens. Beaches filled with fine fluffy sand. All surroundings made us feel relaxed. Will come back this year.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel location is right by the ocean and there is a nice and clean beach too. The front desk staffs were nice at checkin and checkout. The room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pools and jacuzzi were our most favourite here.

Lovely location. The room has a damp patch on the wall, also the AC started leaking at 3 am. The top pool has very slippery tiles. Lack of towels available in the morning for pool time.

« Great Location »

The resort is located in a great spot right on the beach. The rooms are nicely decorated and with a small TV. The tv reception was so poor that so no TV for us. We checked in 2 adults and one child (age 8). Despite this was well known to the hotel we still ended up with only two set of towels, soap etc. so we requested a 3rd set upon check in. We received it the next day! Despite being in a quiet location the hotel was anything but so. Closing doors, noice from other toilets, two bands playing at the same time (company party just next to the restaurant area). Not the tranquility I had expected.

« Relaxing and away from hustle and bustle »

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with family for 4 nites. The pools, room and amenities were all good. Is far away from convenience stores but there's enough around to be more than comfortable. The hotel has enough on offer for you not to go outside for anything,... just relax! :) Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The only letdown (not due to Novotel) was litter on the beach which was more some days, hardly any the next.
