Over all very satisfied. Best breakfast ever , very nice personnel. Only a couple little things were not enjoyable. 1, we found candy wrappers under the bed that weren't ours. 2, the sink and shower weren't draining very well (though a crew came to fix it very quickly). 3, unfortunately the foosball table wasn't there anymore. Me and my son loved it the previous year. Other wise we love your hotel and if we go to Paris again this is where we will stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The hotel is in a safe area with great restaurants close by. We had a metro station literally in front of the hotel. The room wad even better than expected and we got great service. I highly recommend this location for business or personal.

It was overall a good experience, close to the metro. We has some issues with our door lock but it was fixed the next morning. We would have liked a door to join our two rooms for our family. The breakfast was great! Thank you once again.

The quality of the room is the one redeeming element of this stay. Common areas of the hotel smell heavily of disinfectant, breakfast service started half an hour late. Personnel was friendly.

the room itself was nice, good standard and good view from the window. that was the only good thing about this hotel. the staff were good, except one woman, i think her name was Gloria, was particularly rude to us. i'm unsure whether she was rude as we were a group of young girls, or whether she had a bad day, working in customer service myself i understand this. however, when we checked in i was straight away bombarded with a 60 euro fee that i wasn't told about before booking, i paid this and was advised that this was a 'cushion fee' that i would receive back as long as we didn't use anything that wasn't complimentary and any breakages, i understood this, although weary, and paid with my card. after that she tried to charge us with buying the breakfast as our reservation didn't have that included, when we said that we didn't want this and would rather get it elsewhere, she replied 'well our customers usually do?' i thought this was rude and i felt that she was trying to get more money out of us. there was originally 4 of us on the booking, but last minute one passenger fell ill and couldn't travel, when we advised the woman of this she rolled her eyes and it seemed like it was a problem, even though we had already pre paid for the hotel and the passenger who didn't travel lost her money and was okay with this. we checked in, and the room was lovely, spacious and clean. one of the days we left water bottles that were empty on the bedside table, when we arrived back to the hotel after a long day we assumed they were put in the bin, however we stumbled upon them hidden behind the headboard, the room had been cleaned, so we were not sure why these weren't put in the bin or even left where they were, they were just moved to somewhere where we couldn't see them if we didn't purposely look. all was then fine until check out, when we encountered gloria again. we handed her the key cards to the room and asked if we could check out, she took them from us and immediately charged us the city tax, knowing that we were due to pay this, however i was advised at the start of the stay they would take this then, i paid this. she then asked us if we 'actually decided to have the breakfast' we said no, as at £19 per day!! it was much cheaper to go to the market around the corner and grab a pastry before heading out. when we said that we didn't, she seemed to make out that we were lying and said that she needed to check the system to make sure,as if she didn't believe us. then she asked us if we had anything from the minibar, i advised that we didn't, the reason being that 60 euro charge at the start of our stay that was unexpected, i couldn't afford to have that actually debited from my card so i advised my friends not to use anything, to the point where we bought water and snacks elsewhere and used the fridge to cool them. again she didn't seem to believe us when i said that we didn't use anything in fear we would incur even more charges, rolled her eyes and checked again to see if we were telling the truth. i reluctantly accepted that and moved on. another customer was waiting in line also to check out and even though we haven't finished yet she decided to start helping him, while we were waiting! he started to get annoyed as he seen us pay the city tax and demanded that he wasn't paying anything else as he also paid the 'cushion fee' at the start of his stay. instead of explaining this to him ,she simply let him go without paying! in front of us, even though she just charged us even more. i understand about the city tax as i have recently paid this in Amsterdam also, however when she lets another customer go without paying right in front of us while making us pay shortly before, i don't find very acceptable. again i begrudgingly moved on as we had a flight to catch and i didn't have time to complain there an then, which i would've if we had more time. i then asked for an invoice as i didn't want to be charged for anything that we shouldn't have been and she advised that the printer wasn't working and that she would send me a copy via email, i wrote down my email for her and she said she would send this over. its been over 2 days since our return now and i still haven't received anything via email. and i still haven't received the payment back that was held on my account! i work in travel and i work in customer service so i know how frustrating it can be sometimes, but i don't think that this type of customer service is acceptable, not to anyone. i don't feel that i should be made to be a liar, or being judged when i don't want to have breakfast there. the attitude from this member of staff wasn't acceptable and whether it was due to us being a group of young girls, or for some unknown reason, this shouldn't be the way to speak to customers, no matter the circumstance. I definitely wont be returning to this hotel, not because of the hotel itself but due to lack of respect from staff and not feeling very welcome in a place we were residing in for 4 days, in a country that we weren't familiar with.
