Room/bed was good. Problem with bathroom light, not always turning on. Breakfast poor. not a single morning hot food- bacon and eggs were ready, always brought when i was leaving. I was coming between 6,45-7. no folk one day, I asked and never got any Neighbours nosy at times late in the night or early morning.

Reception staff not welcoming. We ask to be moved and thankfully we moved next door to Novotel. Completely different experience would rate them 9/10.

« We could not sleep, because of the noise »

A 6 day stay with a lot of noise on 4th floor with continuously all the hours closing doors with noise. Probably the Hotel Manager has never sleep in the hotel. We suggest to the Manager to sleep and to focus on how and why all the doors close with noise. In the last 15 years I have stayed in various IBIS (ibis Paris Avenue d'Italie, ibis Paris Place d'Italie, Alesia, Ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles, ibis Toulouse Centre, ibis Montpellier Centre) and this is happened to me 1st time.

« A comfortable and friendly stay. »

The hotel has excellent facilities and services. The cost was very reasonable and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. One member of staff who was working on reception during the night on 6th April didn't know about the night service bus during the weekend that goes from near the hotel to the central station, so maybe he could be informed of this to avoid other guests having to book a taxi if they don't need to. I really like this hotel and would stay here again and recommend to friends.

1) The lady at receprion was not nice, was not welcome 2) We got only one welcome vaucher for two adults been told that only one of us is a member of loalty program 3) the room #123 had only two towels when we checked in for both of us - is it OK for a ***-star hotel? Surely not! 4) And the last - usually I feel at Accor-hotels like at home. That day was my birthday - usually this is mentions at the reception and at least awarded by wishes. Guess - did the do that?

« Leaking Bathroom Flush was not repaired until I checked out »

I have been staying here for a long time primarily the location is close to Milan central and the prices of this hotel are very reasonable ... so i don't have any expectations ... at all ... however on this trip i was kind of felt dejected. My bathroom flush was not closing properly after use and water was leaking ... I did not notice that on my first day as leakage was pretty small.. it grew on second day and on the third day morning i informed the reception that water is leaking ...and trust me the leak rate was almost 1 liter per minute ... however until the day I checked out on 5th day morning on Saturday nothing was done ... same thing was with shower and sink ... Over all average stay this time and I will come and stay here again as long as the price is cheap ...

The stay was ok, rooms etc were reasonable, however the room smelt of sewage coming from the bath. Guests were rude in terms of talking in the corridors either late or very early and slamming doors.

Due to a delay of the flight, we arrived hours later then expected. Check in was easy. We slept well in a quiet room. The staff was very friendly.

« Nice 3 days Citybreak »

A little old the furniture in rooms and smell of old but they were very clean and very warm inside( in the night was cold outside). The staff was helpfull and the brakfast was good. The area of the hotel it is not near citycenter but very nice and quiet and close to metro. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.

One morning breakfast was very poor. Most things had ran out including cutlery and there were no staff to help or restock. The breakfast choice was pretty limited to start with anyway. Not worth the money.

« Terrible, unhelpful and rude service with no good points. »

Your Receptionist Angelica did not listen, interrupted and outright lied to me regarding the resolving of problems. She became angry, would not let me finish sentences and did not care about customer service at all. No Supervisor was available as they were "working from home" over the Xmas period, completely unprofessional.
