I been staying in Accor hotels for some time now but this was a worst experience ever, sorry to say this but really was not good. I checked out and got to my room , and service lady comes in my room, twice not just ones. Since it was executive room there was no coffee, no paper cups, no milk, not even cups for nesspresso machine, for these small things i got that room. thank you.

« Convenient location, nice rooms, excellent value »

This was my third time at this property. Once again I enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, very close to Milan ring road Tangenziale Est though reasonably quiet, 15 min away from Linate Airport by hotel shuttle, 20 Min to central Piazza Duomo by car and public transportation leaving from just across the road, ½ hour from Milano Centrale Railway station. Rooms seem having received recent refurbishment and bedding upgrades and definitely offer more comfort and decor than the 3 cadet chains of Accor. Professional and competent staff... almost friendly. At rush hours, usual long queues/ wait at reception: even the addition of a third counter seem not enough, due to erratic (wrong) design of the area with unnecessary huge inner space for the bar counter. Guests should be offered incentives for online check-in with dedicated fast lane, and more off-line supporting receptionists helping out for reducing the wait. In my room the vintage hairdryer wasn't working, probably natural...death. Extra check on house keeping standard may be used ( bathroom exhaust vent very dusty, same on (faulty) hairdryer frame. Access to pay parking gate intermittently faulty as well as interphone, too bad as outside street parking is really NOT advisable. All in all a pleasant stay at reasonable rate, in a sold-out hotel!

The staff were, as usual, friendly and polite. However, responses to problems were very poor. The English TV channels were not working and, despite reminding staff twice, nothing was done. Also, laundry was not returned to my room and I had to retrieve it from reception. Finally, again the bar was not manned on occasion, having to seek someone from the restaurant. Room service was excellent although the shower was faulty.

The reception was not really friendly and we just found out that we paid too much for the tourism tax. (july-aug should be 50% off & full charge for my kid who is only 16). The room was dusty. The free parking was limited, not as expected as in the description. The breakfast was good and the hotel facilities were excellent.

« Decent room, terrible bathroom »

Overall the room was ok (sleeping area) However the bathroom was a nightmare. There was fungus on the ceiling, that I saw only during the night and did not want to move my kids to another room. Also the sink drain was full and smelled bad, the water was staying in the sink. The food in the restaurant was ok.

Everything was fine and the hotel overall was very good. The children loved their gifts and the rooms were adequate if not a little small for 4. Room was cleaned very well, thank you to the hardworking cleaning staff as the hotel was spotless. Check in was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good although a better cereal selection would have been welcomed. The lifeguard was not always in the pool area, often sitting at a table looking away from the pool which I don’t think is acceptable as there is not enough seating for parents around the pool. Also I don’t think I have ever made a negative comment about a member of staff but I found the barman on the day of our arrival incredibly rude after I asked for a drink he was unfamiliar with. It wasn’t a language barrier, he was just rude and handled my request badly...I don’t expect to be looked down upon and that is how I was made to feel.

I was completely covered under the duvet during the night so i know for a fact it can't have been mosquitoes but somehow everyday i woke up with brand new itchy bumps that were definitely bed bug bites the next day. The cleaner's just turns the duvet over to not show the chocolate stains that my little boy made from his chocolate drink the day before instead of actually changing it. The sink drain stank the everytime water does through it which made the room smell during our occupancy. Not to mention the broken soap dish in the shower from the first day we arrived. Overall I wouldn't call this a 3 star hotel let alone a 4 star.

As you may expect the hotel is good accessible. Minor point is the non-functioning electric car charger on the parking (or not linked with commonly used system). Friendly reception, nicely updated modern rooms. Restaurant visit was less satisfying; bit rude reception. It was more important to ask how we would pay than anything else. Rude response on request for children’s menu, no flexibility or alternatives offered although we were the only ones in the resto. Pitty.

« Quick overnight stay....could use some easy but important improvments »

The facility was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The wi-fi was weak or non-existent for our group. The first airport shuttle was at 5:30 am and there were 11 people fighting for 7 seats. They need a sign-up list, a second driver, or a bigger bus. None of us were prepared for this but we were lucky and shared an Uber with another guest so that the families could ride together and not be late.
