That’s the second time I stay at your hotel and the air conditioning in the lobby is not working, this is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel specially when I pay $350usd per night for a standard room. On the other hand, I forgot a device to wash the teeth (Waterpick) and I called your reception when I landed home they were suppose to check with house keeping more then a week ago, but they never call back, again this is not how a 5 star should work.

The hotel is far away from the promise and expectation of the Pullman brand. All the common areas do not have air condition. This makes it uncomfortable to be in the lobby and restaurant. This is inconvenient for business traveller that represent most of the clientele. The breakfast is a chaotic area with items always on shortage and poor service. Queues to get coffee mugs and the coffee machine is often without milk or needs maintenance. The food is all over the place. Too many people for a small area and again no AC.

Not up to the usual Accor standard for such an expensive nightly rate.

4 night stay in the hotel in Abidjan...on arrival it was clear that the main lobby and bar is not sufficiently air-conditioned for international travelers...whilst the lobby contains fans they do little to reduce the heat or humidity making it impossible to sit and meet or socialize in the lobby or bar. The breakfast/restaurant is similarly uncomfortable and too hot, but also is not well stocked during the busy times with many items missing or empty and the coffee machines regularly running out of milk. One small positive is the room, it was clean, cool and well maintained during my stay. During my next visit to Abidjan I will be certainly not staying at the Pullman and will look for alternative accommodation. Extremely disappointed for the standards that Accor usually operates at.

I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very good. Air conditioning in the ground floor reception could have been better. The time it too to get a meal at Dinner time was far too long
