I booked and paid for my hotel room online in the Accor website & being a Gold loyalty member I expected a warm welcome. Instead it was a disaster. I was told there are no rooms & front desk manager & staff were totally unreceptive to my dilemma. Wanted me to move to Novotel & when I requested to speak to higher management my request was ignored. Imagine almost 4 hours later after arriving without having eaten for almost 20 hours some senior management staff appeared & within 10+ minutes I was allocated a room. Where & how did this room mysteriously appear I wasn’t told. That was only the beginning of a terrible stay for example housekeeping staff even entered my room in my absence when the do not disturb light was switched on. The service on the restaurants & bar were far from acceptable service was terrible. What I felt about this hotel certainly assured me of one fact. Never stay in Pullman Abidjan very bad nightmare of an experience. Shame on the management of this hotel.

The restaurant is the very best in the city. Really great food. Everything is good. The workers are smart, polite and helpful. A pleasure to relate to all of them. Those two facts are the main reason why I choose this place instead of other options

I am a long time client of Sofitel in Abidjan. I returned to the Pullman when it reopened. And I am happy I did... The rooms are airy and large, well-equipped, and comfortable. The hotel is smaller and the staff's attention is therefore more focused.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially: (i) the lady who checked me in and mentioned she is from Tiebissou when I asked - I do not recall he name; and (ii) the duty Manager on the day I checked out (a gentleman) who pleasantly extended my check-out time after confirming that I am a registered member of Hotel Accor Group.

« Very nice , Hotel staffs are very cooperative & nice behavior . »

Arrangement , restaurant are very good. But the people come after work, they don’t have facilities of SPA . We feel it should be made arrangement or have a tie up with SPA . In the move some English move channels to be provided . As international people will be staying, many people may not know the French language. Otherwise every thing is good.

I had a great time. The hotel looked new and well kept , quiet and great location. The beds are comfortable and linens reasonably clean. There is a daily cleaning and they do a good job, the only problem about it is they should wait for a response before they enter the room. That's my bad experience i had while in the hotel. There's a free wifi which is very reliable . The staffs were friendly. In all i had a good time.

Front office guys were really good but the restaurantstaff need some people oriented brush ups. house keepers will open your room for house keeping even when you have the 'do not disturb' red light on.

We all know travelling for business is not always a happy experience. After a long travel, different airports and some delay I arrived in the Pullman of Abidjan... Got the room key.. and technical problem... grrrrr need to change room.... pfff I am tired an d hungry..it is late... In these type of situation it can go in all directions. But I was happily surprised of the professional and friendly attention of this hotel. You know it can go wrong but if things get sorted then on a professional way then it is quickly forgotten. All personal was very nice and helpfull. Special attention to the people of the reception and the cleaning... Marie Ange and Marie I think it was. All well that ends well. Thanks

My short stay with Pullman hotel was good in terms of hotel facilities. However our company made a vague agreement with the hotel for food. For the breakfast given to us before 6 am, we don't get all items from the normal break fast. Fruit Juice, Fruits, etc were always limited and not sufficient enough. Evening dinner buffet costs XOF 25000 (without Alcohol) at the hotel and our daily allowance is only XOF 20000. This created an unpleasant situation.

My overal experience we with service was good. Everybody was very friendly. But the hotel its selve have some default. For example cable noise of lifts, display in lift doesn’t show floor level. The lifts are very unclear. Arco in room was bad very high humidity couldn’t almost breat. Wndow can not be opened even not 5/10 cm. No lounge area. Stairs at entery are nice but very confusing. You don’t have straigth way down to the main enterance. As said recieve good service of the hotel team but accomodation is disturbing. At last you want to get quick in to get to the room and have a quitte sleep. Both of these request were not fulfilled although staff was giving super service
