My short stay with Pullman hotel was good in terms of hotel facilities. However our company made a vague agreement with the hotel for food. For the breakfast given to us before 6 am, we don't get all items from the normal break fast. Fruit Juice, Fruits, etc were always limited and not sufficient enough. Evening dinner buffet costs XOF 25000 (without Alcohol) at the hotel and our daily allowance is only XOF 20000. This created an unpleasant situation.

My overal experience we with service was good. Everybody was very friendly. But the hotel its selve have some default. For example cable noise of lifts, display in lift doesn’t show floor level. The lifts are very unclear. Arco in room was bad very high humidity couldn’t almost breat. Wndow can not be opened even not 5/10 cm. No lounge area. Stairs at entery are nice but very confusing. You don’t have straigth way down to the main enterance. As said recieve good service of the hotel team but accomodation is disturbing. At last you want to get quick in to get to the room and have a quitte sleep. Both of these request were not fulfilled although staff was giving super service

The internet service is subpar for a business hotel. Security measures are non existent. No one gets screened at the entrance and key cards are not needed to access the hotel floors. The small pool in front of the restaurant is ridiculous. Almost no one uses it. The food is delicious, the beds comfortable and the hotel staff is very responsive and helpful.

hotel is in very convenient location. but the service is not satisfactory. examples: - unsatisfactory management of lack of wifi (staff did not follow-up, did not explain what was happening); - asked to additional hangers three times, but they were not delivered; - asked to receive bill by email but it was not sent.

« It was fine - it was only a short visit. »

I was bounced from Novotel to Pullman. the rooms at the Pullman are very good. The breakfast was also very good. The gym was small but fine. The staff were good and friendly. The hotel is in a good location. I will definitely return. My only criticism is that I found the overall room temperature too high. One other observation - coming out of the security check at the entrance to the hotel I almost fell down the stairs (I arrived when it was dark). Maybe relocate the security check or put up warning signs?

Pullman Hotel Abidjan is better than the other few in the city. However, few improvement points as a feedback: 1. Room flooring near the door & toilet were leaking, it was not repaired but was offered another room but after checkin and unpacking the luggage to change the room is quite hectic. 2. Wifi is good near the room door but as you go to the work desk or bed it becomes weak. 3. The chefs in the live kitchen area should be more vigilant on the hygiene factor. 4. The chefs need to be trained on basic English. 5. The live Egg counter should use different cutlery for Veg Only & Omelette with Chicken/Pork/Beef

The service and the operational teams during the stay and the event was great! The room is amazing! The view on the lagune is awesome! Just a few point to improve in the room: Technical improvements: the switch off button for the light is switching off the electricity so impossible to charge any mobile devices! I slept with a mobile at 5% battery and woke up with 3% battery... :( I had to let a light at the entrance on all night as it was impossible to switch it on expect with the kill switch! The room missed 1 desk to work. The AC was so cold. It was set at 16 and I put it on 22 but each time i come back to the room in the eveningit was below 20 degres! The bed lights were not working. The toilet is a bit high so not very comfortable and i am 180 cm height.... Housekeeping improvements: The ice bucket had melted water and was not replaced by ice for 2 days. I had to request it. One evening the curtains were closed at night, and one night it wasn’t. The bed is not opened at evening. The good points: there is enough towels and enough bathroom mat. The staff is kind and helpfull. Only 1 disappointment on the last day at breakfast: no one came to me to ask me if i wanted anything like a coffee and the tables were not refreshed after the previous guest left. I had to clean my table before sitting on it and arrange it. I waited 15 min to have my coffee... Otherwise the rest of the days were well organized and staff was pampering all of us. And i take the chance to thanks all fb team for their great work!

Nice Hotel, refurbished recently, and with nice nightlife in its bars. Room is nice, with space and good beds. However somethings could be improved, my locker didn't work, the toilet could be better, the swimming pool much better, and some juices were lacking in breakfast, at least compared with Novotel. The service, was somewhat strange, some employees were experienced and fast, but others seem to be the first day there. Training is required.
