We stopped over for one night in order to catch an early flight the next morning. We had plenty of room for us and our two children and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Stepping out of the hotel door to take 20 steps into the departure lounge is woth paying the extra £30-£40 over & above what a 4* hotel would cost away from the complex. However, my room was very disappointing - very dated, tired decor, empty mini-bar & very basic tea/coffee making facilities.

We stayed for one night before our flight to Kos, the rooms were a good size even for a family of 4, the bar area was very pleasant when we decided to go for some food. And the quality of the food was really good. Only thing we found strange was that we couldn’t find the signposts directing us to the front of the hotel so ended up coming up the car ramp, perhaps some better signage would be beneficial. All in all a recommended stay!

The room was spacious, bed was cozy and comfy. The air con was perfect The downside was the toilet n bathing area were separate, the drains were clogged in the bathroom both the shower and washbasin. The tea kettles was old and scaly needs to be changed to a steel one.

Being right outside the airport means no hassle with early departure, especially with the kids. We were greeted on arrival and both children given a little teddy bear, nice touch. We really felt our holiday began in that first night.

Room was clean, bed was really comfy, food was delicious, service was discrete, courteous & prompt. The location is as close to the airport entrance as you can get. Overall, the parking package + hotel was no more expensive than parking on site (cheaper than some car parks), so we will definitely be doing this again!
