« Fantastic place to stay »

This is a fabulous hotel, and 5 nights in a room with a view of Darling Harbour was just superb. The room was spacious and had plenty of space to work. Restaurant and facilities are all great and you can walk from there to anywhere, or jump on the light rail. A definite recommendation

I arrived for a conference and was greeted by staff with respect and professionalism. the priority counter was free so I was motioned to use it rather than the normal desk. house keeping staff answered my questions on the way to my room. I was there for only a short time as my father was taken to hospital suddenly. the staff were understanding and did everything they could to assist me.

Slight delay in booking in due to a computer issue. I found the room to be quite small compared to other hotels in this price range. I found that the bathroom is in need of attention due to either missing grout or mold in the tiles around/in the bath/shower. The bathroom sink tap come off in my hands and the rod for the bedroom blinds badly squeeks. It would appear that the cleaning staff are not passing the problems to maintenance.

we arrived and staff where lovely , we went to our room and found a lovely fruit plate and wine and thought it was for us the card had someone else name on it , we called to send it to the correct people, but felt ALL guest should have the same or similar greeting as we didn't feel that special then. over all lovely place , restaurant downstairs is amazing loved it . we will defiantly be back . « Bad service, poor experience. Wont return »

Terrible check in experience. Was spoken to rudely when asking for an accessible room. Was told bags would be sent up but they never were, assumed this would be the case and collected them myself. Room was incredibly noisy with music from the restaurant, restaurant patrons and anyone coming or going from the lift. Shower hot water did not work properly and shower had bery little pressure.
