Rooms in process of being redecorated. Was not given correct rooms at check in and confusion about whether credit card details needed (as rooms were prepaid). Using the Pink airport bus is inadequate if there is lots of luggage as bus does not have any luggage space. Also no idea of how frequent bus is when you are queuing at airport. Restaurant lively and serves reasonable food.

Breakfast was good. Hotel ok. Our booked room was not available we when we arrived at 9pm even though we had booked it a few weeks before. We were too tired to argue or wait. They gave us a smaller less comfortable room.

The young woman bartender and gentleman server provided excellent service on the terrace in the early afternoon. The middle-aged woman bartender in the later afternoon was unfriendly, even surly. Her "service" was horrible.

Staff are super great. I liked the diversity of your staff and how they remember you and talk to you without being overfriendly like some can be with their clients...the only negative point is that i also understand french and found it not so customer centric when i heard the chef a woman complaining about some indians still having breakfast after 10am...this is not proper service.

The hotel was fine and people at the front desk were friendly and, when they could be, helpful. My complaint is this: because of cancelled flights and limited availability I, and others, had to spend two nights at the hotel. I was told that the front desk was required to register my credit card but that all basic expenses would be covered by American Air Lines. I was given that assurance 3 or 4 times during my stay, told that they had the information needed from AA and that I would not be charged. I now find my credit card charged for 206 euros for charges that were to be payed by American Air lines. In short, the assurances of the desk clerks proved not to be correct and now must deal with you, my credit card company and American Airlines to try and sort it out.

This is my usual hotel near CDG and value is very good, matched by good front staff and service. However after a brief visit to the breakfast room for a coffee and croissant ( there was no fresh milk apparent) I was asked to pay 17.20!! And I thought it was included in the tariff as previously, and as it will be in my next visit to the hotel in 3 weeks, and in my wife's visit in 10 days time. And on my next visit I leave to early to use it as does she! ( Julie Wallace)

« An excellent place to overnight between flights »

Everything was very good except for the hassle of printing boarding passes. In the past, a guest could print out the passes for himself. Now you have to email it to accor and then have the front desk print it out. Just a little bit of extra hassle. Also, there used to be a monitor in the lobby which displayed outgoing flights at CDG. That was handy and I am sorry you no longer provide this.
