Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff, lovely clean room, excellent location but not easy to find on the sat nav as the entrance is in a bus stop. Restaurant bit too quiet although the food was lovely except a poor quality cheese board.

Found the hotel easily, with google, but found shared carparks confusing. Room, dinner & breakfast all very good. However, plumbing was noisy & some light switches (room 426) were loose & the room had a strange smell which we masked with perfume.

Staff polite and efficient, room adequate although a comfortable chair to sit in would be nice, but disappointed with carpark arrangements. I do think that staying in the hotel, buying an evening meal, should warrant free parking.

Beautiful modern hotel situated within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Rouen. Helpful staff, beautiful rooms & a great breakfast.Pleny of underground car parking on site but bends & spaces are a littrle tight with a big car. I am unable to find any fault with this hotel & would certainly go back again.
