« Amazing stay! »

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. We were travelling with our baby son and the staff at your hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful. The bar and breakfast room staff looked after all his requirements. I also want to thank you for the cot and baby bath tub. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed using the Clarins toiletries. I only missed a fridge to store baby food in. The only issue we faced was with the guest in room 601 who came knocking at our door to tell us our baby was “obscenely loud”.... she was extremely rude. How do you stop a baby from crying at night because the rooms are not sound proof? We look forward to come and stay with you again.

« Great value for what we paid. »

Room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm which was a little disappointing however the hotel stay was great. Our room was lovely with really good quality toiletries and a great shower and wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast is exactly what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. You couldn’t fault it at all. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone, and to top it off, the location was excellent.

« bad communication at check in »

- waited long for check in (while communicated was a quick room check was needed) - no response on request for late check out at booking - when asked at check in, was again asked to check the evening. - was told in the morning is not possible. - voucher for beach club not honored. - the receptionist in the morning did not believe that we did not go the beach the day before and did not want to hand over the papers for the pre-booked beach chairs until I persisted we spend the afternoon waiting on the room in the lobby on Saturday and could not go to the beach.

Three executives stayed between 29/08 to 01/09 at this property, Beach Croisette MGallery Cannes. For the three nights, we got 25/ 26C in our rooms due to malfunctioning A/C. Disappointing.

« Good Stay, great location! However drain problem! »

The hotel is lovely, boutique looking and modern. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything. However we did have a couple of issues, our room was beautiful and great sized, very clean. But after you would shower the whole bathroom/ room would stink of drains. We told the front desk several times, and the cleaner would come to sort it, however after each shower the drain smell would once again appear. For a hotel of this standard this shouldn’t be an issue, it would have been nice for the staff to offer us a different room due to this, but we wasn’t. The fact that the beach club usage wasn’t clear when booking either, so when we arrived, it was quite a shock that we would be spending an additional €36 a day for beach beds, as we thought this came with the hotel. This could have been made clearer. We also asked the staff at the front desk if there was a public beach we could go to and they told us not one near it would be a 20 min walk away. Yet this was not true at all, as after a few days of exploring we found several public’s beaches within a max 10 min walk away. Although we did have a wonderful trip, and did like the hotel overall. We hope they can improve on these aspects for other customers.

« Nice Hotel, Great Staff, but Poor Air Conditioning »

Room was very nice with comfortable bed, bathroom with good water pressure and hot water, and great staff. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast room staff were also very nice, and good selection of breakfast foods. Only complaint was the air conditioner failed to cool 3 of the four nights of my stay, which made for uncomfortable sleeping. I reported the problem, and front desk staff claimed this is a known issue, but thought the technician fixed the problem on night four of my stay, but the air conditioner failed to cool again overnight. It would have been nice to have been offered a discount for being without air conditioning for three of the four nights, as it was very hot.

Good area, close to everything and very kind staff, however we paid for a room with A/C and stayed for 3 nights in a room with no A/C when the temperature was in the 80’s. Very hot nights. The A/c in the lobby worked, but not in the rooms.

Our stay was close to horrible, and the only reason I’m not saying horrible is because Romain who work there was very kind and very professional. Other than that everything was horrible. Paying 300 euros a night and experiencing what we experienced is unacceptable ! We are loyal customers of the Accor group and always stay in Accor hotels around the world and we have never experienced what we experience this time at this hotel, especially that we have our one and a half year old baby with us !

« Enjoyable »

Enjoyed the hotel. Facilities were clean and well presented. Room (401 no balcony) would benefit from having an area to dry swimming costumes / beach towels. We had to hang wet clothes on chairs at the window to dry which wasn’t ideal. A clothes line over the bath would have allowed drying to take place. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We will visit again and will recommend the hotel to others
