« Just little touches missing »

Our first night we had no aircon and had hot and restless night. Nothing could be done as full occupancy and understand that. We received no notification the next day that it had been fixed, so when noises came from ceiling the next night, we did not know if all happening again, luckily not so. The staff we most apologetic when they came to the room both nights. The next day we received a note stating AC fixed, but if we wanted a room move they could accommodate. We didn’t as no need, and they took cost of first nights room of our bill ( welcomed of course but not our objective) We also spent some time by the pool, and was surprised that as patrons left the tables were no cleared, and as new people arrived they did not know if occupied or not. As to our service, we ordered drinks at bar, one that I took with me, the other I was told they would bring out for me. After 10 minutes I went back to enquire where is was, response was I forgot, and not even an apology. Overall not to standard of Accor I am used to, please take as constructive feedback Mark Lockwod

Very good service and very kind people both, at the front desk and at the restaurant *Cyril and Chloe are great. Even though the room didn't have AC, hotel manager offered me the room for free. Great location and quality overall.

I love the room but not the view and the small window even if I had the deluxe room. There were no cups for coffee in the room or a way to have a tea etc. Service was excellent though. Breakfast is disappointing. Also the first day yoghurts and fruit salad were out of date which is not acceptable. However I appreciated the hotel apologies on this regards.

Overall my stay was very good. All staff I encountered were very helpful, my room was spacious and the breakfast selection was very good. My only disappointment was the quality of the food I ordered from room service. The burger was poor and I wouldn’t order it again.

Hotel is well located and staff (particularly reception) are really nice & helpful The bedrooms are extremely small and the showers located deep in the bath are dangerous to get in & out of Pretty much everything at breakfast was out of a tin or packet with practically nothing fresh / freshly made - very poor indeed Pool area is attractive but way too small for size of hotel and the very limited number of beds available are gone from early in the morning

« Convenient City hotel with direct access to the parking area »

When enterring the car Park on the -3level the indicated Direktion to parking area of the Hotel is a total mess with all the invalid Direktion signs, blocked acces to the -2 Level,including locked doors and even inoperational lift.Reply at the hotel receiption also redicoulus refering to the Renovation work underway .The hotel failed to address this issue .

A pleasant few days. Liked the comfy beds, friendly staff and roof top terrace. Thought the room was rather on the small side and didn't like the bathroom being in the bedroom, too intrusive. There was also a strong smell of drains in the reception area, which is not good for 1st impressions.

Had a great stay at the Pullman Montpellier. The room was a little dated, but pleasant enough. The rooftop pool area is small but a great place to relax. Slight smell of sewage in the reception area which was a bit off putting. However, the staff were all really friendly and attentive.
