The receptionist that checked us in wasn’t polite. We waited for her to call us up to her because she looked busy and she looked at us multiple times and didn’t wave us up. In that time multiple people interrupted her for service. When we finally walked up she was very rude.

We stayed for 4 days as we do twice a year for Maison Objet. The first night was relatively ok however, you had hundreds of Chinese staying for some event who did not seem to understand how to behave in a hotel. The noise at night was deafening …. they were eating there dinner in their rooms till very late and talking and banging around and making so much noise. We got very little sleep. I eventually had to bang on the door and tell them to be quiet. We reported it to the desk however, most mornings they were so busy at the desk we couldn't speak to anyone. Sometimes in the middle of the night around 4 am they would be up and almost yelling at each other which woke us up. We were working at the trade show and sleep was important and we got little. It is up to you as a hotel taking these large groups in to explain to them how to behave. It was disastrous. We have never had such a bad experience in your hotel.

When I have a long international flight like USA, I stay at Ibis the day before. The location is great. Nice lobby, good restaurants at reasonable price> Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. However, rooms that are small with a tiny bathroom are OK as long as they are clean and well maintained. It was not the case of ours: mold on the sink, shower door missing a part, generating a leak. Are the rooms regularly inspected by professional supervisor? Is cleaning personnel trained to alert management whenever there is a technical issue to be resolved by maintenance? I am not sure I will stay again at Ibis CDG.

the room was good, the staff very good. the only problem I had was not to be able to have access to the room earlier. I was in the airport at 9:00 am but was not able to get a room until 11:15. I would not mind to pay more to be able to get the room 2 hrs earlier. Also if you want to be able to eat at one of the hotel restaurant around 8:00 pm , you have to wait quite a long time to get a table but overall I enjoyed the hotel.

Dear Sir/Madam Thanks for making our journey pleasurable. I appreciate all yours and your team efforts in ensuring that everything is fine while our stay. The location was perfect as it is close to Terminal 2. Check-in and Check out was quick. Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. The Mini supermarket, Buffet Restaurant, Pizza and Pasta speciality restaurant helped us to cut down the time in looking for a good restaurant. Prices were reasonable. Only, I had a personal concern that there was no water kettle in the room. As I am customed to drink tea straight after waking up. Our room was on the 5th floor. Even I also didn't check it before making the reservation. However, In general it was fine. I am planning to visit Paris again in December. Will see at that time. Thanks

Stay was great, getting there from terminal was a nightmare. Last stay, I arrived at the terminal closest to the hotel this trip I arrived at a different terminal and had trouble finding my way.

« Super convenient, clean and restful »

I really liked the hotel. It was so convenient for a quick morning trek to the airport terminal for an early flight, as well as a very short walk to the RER train station that can take you into downtown Paris for a night out. The room was clean and modern and quiet. Breakfast buffet far exceeded my expectations. Only complaint was not much storage space in the room to unpack, but for a short stay it really didn't matter. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a short layover in Paris - arriving at 9pm with my next flight departing at 7am the next morning. As I was traveling with my infant child I had pre-ordered a baby bed so we would be able to quickly sleep and get as much rest as possible. After my arrival I had to notice that the bed was not set up and it took me nearly an hour and multiple calls to the reception to have them finally bring a bed and allowing me to rest. For a hotel that is used to having guests just like us I would have expected this to have been dealt with in a more sincere way since I paid to sleep there and not to wait for a baby bed. I just hope that this was a single case and generally things like this are handled with more care.

Very quiet room. Bed comfortable Bathroom tiny and shower leaks on floor Abit. Convenient metro connections and accessed easily from airport. Good for overnight stay but very limited options for eating and no activities within easy distance from hotel if you have no car and do not want to spend cost to go into Paris for part of day. We did go for full day and metro to main areas Paris perfect.
