« I will not stay at hotels that overcharge customers. »

Your hotel is a great value at its normal rate of 100 some euros a night. But charging 249 euros a night is the equivalent of stealing money from your customers. I consider it completely unethical to charge such exorbitant amounts when the hotel is nearly full. This was not Christmas or a special holiday, it was simply a busy week in Augsburg. Charging a little extra for peak demand is fair and understandable, but charging 2.5 times the normal rate is outrageous. I hope the extra 150 euros you got from me is worth the value of a lifetime customer, because that is what you have just lost. I will not give future business or personal business to a hotel brand that acts in such an unethical way.

A few minutes' walk from the main train station and from the town centre. Rooms and bathrooms a bit narrow, but very clean and well kept, very friedly and helpful staff. I would have stayed some more days If I had the chance

The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the station which was convenient for me as I had travelled by train from Stuttgart the room was quiet and clean and there were nearby facilities to have something to eat
