Not very happy pleasant and was happy to leave. Also issue with door cards which continually stopped working (both cards) and had to be reinitialised. Had to do this about 6 times during our stay. Very annoying

Great location. Within walking distance of most of the highlights. Charming neighborhood with a lot of restaurants but not too touristy. VERY helpful staff. Went out of their way to help us finding the best place for Waterzoi. Wonderful breakfast!

For our second stop in Brussels we have choosen Ibis Brussels City Centre Hotel because of its location in the inner city in comparison to the price. The rooms (esp. the bathroom) are really small, but absolutely sufficient for such a trip. If you need your room just to sleep and take a shower you may enjoy the rooms. Breakfast is appropriate to the style of the hotel. The personnel is young, cool and always helpful.

Really great location in the middle of many restaurants and near metro station, and nice and friendly staff. Room comfortable but a but small, especially the bathroom, not much space to move around. But overall good experience!

We had a fantastic long weekend staying at the Ibis Brussels City Centre. Close to lots of places to eat and drink with many interesting places to visit nearby too. Excellent transport links to the main stations too. Friendly staff and nice to see a hotel being eco friendly

The hotel is typical ibis so you have an idea on what to expect. Fairly spacious room. The location is great, in the center and close to the many attractions. There is also a street right behind the hotel with many dining options. The only negative thing is that the toilet was so small.

Breakfast was Very nice with lot of options for food. Hotel should have an option to provide complimentary water to customers rather than directing to buy bottled water. Bathroom was very tiny. No tea & coffee facility in the room.

Not enjoyable. It’s a great location but outside my room on the street there was construction and it started at 6:30 am with no explanation from the front desk and when I complain about my stay the front staff did not care. Will not be staying at this hotel or ibis again

« Lovely hotel in central location »

My partner and I did a multi city trip around Belgium. This was by far our favourite hotel we stayed in. Great Aircon in the room as well. Only thing which could be improved is drink facilities in the rooms and better service at the bar as I quite often went to the bar and no one was there to serve me or we would have to wait a while for someone to appear. Other than that we loved staying here. Comfy beds and very clean rooms.

« Hotel was great, but would not revisit »

The hotel was clean, a bit small compared to pictures. I was not notified that there was going to be mass construction around the area (like i've been notified before about other hotels) so that made the stay less enjoyable. Bar, drinks and snacks were offered almost 24/7, which was great. Staff were friendly, answered any questions I had. But Brussels was painted to be a different kind of city based on the hotel I booked and I felt the city was oversold through the hotel booking.

my experience with Ibis was very good in overall, very good location the bed was very comfortable and in general the room was very nice for the price. 2 issues that didn't make my stay 100% perfect. 1st we arrive at 10 am to the hotel ( I know the check in is at 2 pm) I talked with the lady in the front desk to leave my bags there while we were out for food and see sight, very kindly she told us to come back at 12 pm since the would have the room ready for us, came back at 12 pm queued again was there another lady an her answer was that there was no room for us until 2, and she said that after gave a room to a couple? that made me waste my time and was very disrespectful and the second and last issue was that the room smells like somebody was smoking there

It is true that when you arrived, a standard room was ready but not yours (which was the premium one with kettle).Sorry that you had to come twice.
