« Convenient, comfortable and Warm atmosphere »

I had a pleasant experience while checking in, quick and easy. The location of the hotel was ideal for the purpose of my visit. The room was perfect for one person, clean and comfortable. I did not eat at the restaurant nor had breakfast so cannot comment on that. But I have no doubt it was good.

Online check in was of limited time saving and can not recall being advised of car park charge. The room was clean, but would prefer having room both sides of the bed. The room would benefit from from a kettle. Location is great and free WiFi is appreciated. Surprised that this booking did not attract Accor loyalty points

Since we have booked two singles and one double room it was a bit weird to have two people put in a small room and one in a big room with an extra bed - so we switched rooms. The room was ok, but I am used to a bit higher standard in Ibis hotels - e.g. fridge in the room. We had some difficulties with room temperature (no matter what we did, it was really hot, so we had to sleep with our windows opened), and noice coming from the smoking area below. The breakfast was nice, good value for money, even had gluten free bread, which I liked very much.

Great little room, everything you could have wanted really. Excellent location and great parking facilities (parking isn't free by the way). An excellent selection for breakfast, couldn't have asked for better at a hotel. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

We found the hotels location to be great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is expensive and the room was quite worn out. It is definitely time for a fresh coat of paint... or new wallpaper.

« Good location but poor sound proof »

The staff are very kind and helpful. The location is between the centre and station with the tram stop in front of the hotel. The room is fair but the bathroom is a bit small. The only thing I really had an issue with was the noise. It was like the door and the wall don't exist. I could hear people talking in the corridor clearly in the room. The worst bit was the last night. People staying next door came back and banging the door and shouting loudly after mid-night. And when they finally got quiet, the staff from reception came up, knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet, but this time it's actually his voice woke me...

This was a nice hotel with an excellent position between the rail station and the city centre. It is situated on a Main Street so can be potentially noisy, especially as the tram stops immediately in front of the hotel. However it’s an ideal location for a city break.

Nice comfortable room, staff attentive and friendly. Would have preferred there was a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Didn’t like the fact I had to get dressed and go down to the restaurant to get such things
