On arriving I was surprised to be told I was the 'Guest of the Day', something I didn't know you did, and was thus offered 2 drinks in the bar and a free breakfast. A very nice surprise. All the team were professional yet very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was fine, my only fault was that the bathroom was incredibly small, so the morning shower wasn't the best experience!

The room was comfortable and represents value for money. The décor of the lobby was nice and quirky. Staff were pleasant. However, upon arrival I noticed that there was an expired pack of Pineapple in the window area of the bathroom (I presume someone just missed it when cleaning, but it was a bit odd). Also in relation to data protection, I was asked if I would like to receive my receipt by email - I said yes and provided it - incidentally I still have not received the receipt but I did receive an email to thank me for joining the Accor Club (without an unsubscribe function) and another with this survey (which did include an unsubscribe function). This should be reviewed.

Very friendly greeting , excellent staff in all areas. Room was very clean and given to us slightly early , which we were very grateful for as we were drenched from the awful weather we were experiencing. Breakfast next morning was truly a delight, everything was well cooked. The variety of both hot and cold items was superb. Would not hesitate to recommend the Ibis to anyone.
