The carpets were unacceptable and not cleaned even after requesting this twice. My first room was not according to the Superior room I ordered. At least they changed this after 2 days

A nice hotel at the out skirt of Paris city still well connected to the city center. very nice and helpful staff. Rooms with big and comfortable bed, Car park with reasonable rate (€12,00 for 24 hrs) and all other standard facilities. Value for money.

« One night stay in Novotel Noisy-Le-Grand during holidays in Paris »

We drove to this hotel from Belgium and had no difficulty to find it. Our room wasn’t ready when we tried to checked in at the front desk, it was 3 PM then and was requested by the Lady at the front desk to wait for 20 min, mean while she explained us the detail of the car park rates and other detail like how to park free, when we came back after parking our car; our room was ready and the same lady explained all the detail that was needed for our stay. I was really very happy with the front desk service from this hotel. Room was quite nice with 1 double bed and 2 sofa bed. Quite standard room with attached bath and toilet, perfect for a family stay. The room service was good. RER station is 10 min walk from the hotel. Over all we had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a good sleep at night. Room for improvement is the cleanliness of the floors , which might need some renovations.

« Great except for the inconsiderate maid who woke us up. »

At 9am a maid insistently knocked on our door. When my husband dressed and opened the door she just looked at him, waived her had in the air and walked away. No apology for disturbing us or anything.

« Room cancelled when we needed it most. I was travelling with family and small kids »

Extremely poor. Inconsiderate and rude staff. Small things like tea pouches not provided in enough quantities. Novotel needs to improve fast. Pathetic breakfast. Could not even have boiled eggs for kids. Was told that chef not there. Why are you running the hotel then if chef is not there.

Checking in at Novotel the 26th of May at approximately 21:00 o'clock When checking in I had to wait for approximately 10 min. before someone showed up. Of cause there might be a good reason for this, BUT then I would expect some explanation or excuse from the employee. And I did not!...........But may be not a big deal. :-(( Regards.

The personnel were professional. For the service, the proposed beer on tap was not available. 1 bottle of water was missing the first night. And Only 3 tea bags. The bed was too close to the wall. Difficult to get out of during the night.

« Dirty room in bad condition »

I complained three days in a row to no avail and no one was willing to compensate for it. We found dirty tissues under the bed. A hair roller under the desk and a tablet battery pack on the shelf from the previous, I’m assuming, visitor in the room. The overall condition of the room was bad for a 4 star hotel. The door was all chipped and scratched.

« Satisfactory except meal at Courtepaille »

Our stay was satisfactory but was over shadowed by meal at onsite courtepaille. I appreciate that the restaurant might have been busy, but as far as I can tell it was not, it was just that nothing happened that fast. There was an hour wait between courses. Also at checkin I was dealt with quickly and efficiently but as there was only one member of staff it took a long time to get to me.

All was good. But I asked not to clean my room every day by the stick on the door or told with guy on reception desk. And every day my room was cleaned!!! They didn’t hear or understand me. It was uncomfortable. Usually I have no problem with that request.
