« Below usual Ibis standards »

I chose to stay in an Ibis hotel (although not conveniently located) as I knew Ibis from many previous stays in different hotels, where it had always been great. This was not the case for the first time at Ibis: the room was incredibly small, the temperature of the water in the shower as unpredictable, and most of all the breakfast was poor (little choice, badly stocked, dirty tables and displays). Overall very poor. Would not recommend, especially at this price.

We booked a room in this hotel as Ibis has always been a reliable hotel chain with consistent standards across different hotels and countries. This Ibis hotel was very much the exception. The bedrooms looked tired and not very clean (carpets, walls), the shower was defective, and the room was the smallest I've seen. The biggest disappointment however was the much awaited Ibis breakfast, which was low quality at the Ibis Paris Marne La Vallée Noisy. It was not generous, there was very little choice, and most of the time the plates were empty and the counters less than inviting... Very disappointed overall.

The best food at restaurant . Lounge looking very nice .Hotel staff very friendly. Room does not look like in the pictures. Hot and cold water shower not working properly. Heating not working. House keeping not great (found so much black short hair on the room floor and bathroom). Smoking area was closed every day by the restaurant members, so we was not allowed to go outside for smoke. We had to go outside hotel to smoke, which is not acceptable for a big hotel with so many visitors coming.

« short stay for paris trip »

perfect spot at about 25 minutes from centre of Paris. Metro station nearby for Paris and Disneyland. Secured parking in basement. Our family room had a seperate children room and was clean.

« One of the bad hotels that I have been »

Very small, not too much clean. We really didnt like at all. Breakfast is good. The area where is located very isolated. It has a private parking at 8euros.

Modern, clean and ideally located hotel, friendly staff at reception, bar and restaurant. Large continental breakfast buffet with lots of space to sit. The grill-dishes for dinner are fresh and very tasty, grilled right in front of you! secured parking avaiilable in garage in basement, swimming pool next door at Novotel. Will be back! Merci!

« Great staff »

This hotel was what I might have expected from an Ibis 10 years ago. It was clean and tidy but the rooms felt tired and in need of renovation. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful at all times. Food was better than you would expect for what it all cost.

« Poor air conditioning and incapable/ rude bar staff. »

The air conditioning was not capable of cooling the room below 25+ degrees in a very small room where the air does not naturally move this is not good. Being unable to then open the window properly at night to allow for some air circulation is not good. Considering the location there are not many bars in the area to go for a drink, so went at the hotel bar - it took 25 mins to be served two beers and a further 20 minutes to pay for them. Also, housekeeping kept re-arranging our things and whether by accident or not, but laptop bags were opened (nothing stolen though) but not comforting. The WiFi was horrendously slow!!! I had to quickly catch up with work one morning but ended up using my mobile data as the WiFi was not adequate/ coping. Hotel infrastructure definitely not suitable for modern/ present day business requirements.

« My visit to Paris »

Actually it was disappointed, normally i visit paris each 3-4 months and I do stay in Novotel Colliagen, this time I chose Ibis Noisy la grand as Novotel was fully booked. The hotel has a very bad smell , specially in the floors. The internet was not that good and keeps disconnecting. The staff within the kitchen was not that helpful when I ordered except lady called Amal. I dont think that I will choose this Ibis ever again comparing to the price.

« Nice stay, friendly staff »

We had a nice stay. A small but functional room and nice bulkbed for the kids. Nice breakfast. TIP: Parking system is a little confusing (short stay/ long stay, where to pay). For instance: if you want to park for 2 hours, it is better to use the long-stay because in this you pay per hour.

I happy with everything. The reason I gave 7, because you don’t provide any kettle tea or coffee in the room. In London even budget hotel cheaper than you have a coffee and tea. Thanks

The room was disgusting stains everywhere when told a member of staff they just shrugged their shoulders. Disinterest in my complaint. I have stayed in a lot of ibis hotels but never have experienced such a horrible room.

« Novotel or ibis? »

Besides that during my stay one of the 2 elevators was out of order and i had some issues with the parking and the bathroom door the stay was ok. The shoping center across the street made up for the previous issues that were solved quickly in the end.

Nice space in the room. Plenty of electrical outlets for working. Restaurant in the hotel is good for dinner and breakfast. Doesn't have much of an exercise room. Clean & safe.
