You're still holding money on my card one week after i checked out. Release the funds immedietly. Very average hotel for an extremely high price. Not a lot else to say about it. If i was you i'd look for somewhere else to stay.

Absolutely no “special feeling of welcome that comes with your Platinum status”. I had to remind reception staff that a welcome drink, room upgrade have to be provided. Didn’t even ask about welcome amenity as it felt like I’ve already asked too much. I was also told by the same person who checked me in that drink in the minibar of the executive room were not free, as I couldn’t find the price card and called reception again from the room. As I felt this was wrong I asked again the next day and another person at the reception confirmed it was free..

I was well recieve, the front desk staff were welcoming. I was not really please at paying the extra tax on top of my booking. However the young lady say it's French law. My room is cleaned daily. My English comes with a Caribbean accent but some of the staff were able to understand me, and helpful as much as they could to help me get around. My breakfast was OK but honestly I did not enjoy the food. That maybe is not a reflection on the hotel, but maybe down to the stuff I eat. The bar I think is pricey 10€for a Barcardi and Coke ... ridiculous. My bed was comfortable, the room nice and airy, bathroom nice. The TV station was all French with the exception of Euronews and CNN. I think you could have a couple of English stations or ones with subtitles. The cleaners spoke no English, but I communicate with them and they were courteous. It's all good, thank you

I'm staying on a weekly basis in Novotel Paris Sud in Charenton Le Pont, Paris. I have now bookings till end of October in this hotel, and my team also stays there very often, under the Finastra Corporate Rate. Every single week there are mistakes in my check out invoice, always charging extra amounts that are incorrect. I have complained several times and the errors continue happening, week after week. Today when I complained, for the second time the employee at the counter told me 'if I don't like this hotel, go to another one' despite she knew I was right with my complaint. UNACCEPTABLE. Is this the way to treat to a customer? If I were the hotel director an employee saying that to a customer would be immediately fired. This Novotel hotel is the most convenient one for me and my team working in this project, but as the Programme Director I'm about to stop staying in this hotel and forbid my team to stay there, aside from pass a note to my company of removing this hotel from our preferred list given all the issues I have and the treatment received.

Not in the city center, but very close to a metro station, making it easy to go anywhere. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, and several restaurants in a 2 block radius. The only downside in our stay was the air conditioning, not strong enough - we stayed here during the worst heat wave ever, it was 42c outside.

It is my second time to stay in Novotel Paris Sud Porte de Charenton. The staff try their best to accommodate the needs and request of the customers. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are very efficient and customer-centric.

« Very uncomfortable considering amount paid »

I was surprised to learn that the entire hotel had no air-conditioning. I was told that there was an air cooling system in place. However the cooling vent in my room(517) did not work which made the room unbearably hot, stuffy and smelly. Even the corridor outside my room was cooler and smelled fresher than inside my room. This at a time Paris was experiencing its hottest summer on record. I made my complaints and was told my room faced the sun therefore it would be hotter than other rooms. Note that I occupied rooms 512&517. My family and I were disappointed that a Hotel such as yours could not provide us with a comfortable room. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was tasty. Thank You

Nice room, clean and spacious, well equipped. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, but I would recommend a larger assortment. Hotel situated in a friendly zone, with nice shops and restaurants nearby. Only 5 minutes from the metro station (la Liberte).

Location very good, next to metro station. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel staff was very courteous. Room did not had AC. I am not sure if other rooms had AC. Not happy with AC Not working in my room.

1. The sink and shower drainage was very slow. It was difficult to use it properly. 2. I am not sure why I was assigned a NEW membership number N° 30…76BG when I already have membership number N° 30…66AO from before. All points should be added to N° 30…66AO.
