Check in and check out was fast. Reception team were really helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast. Only issue was the air conditioning didn't work and the fan setting made a loud noise. The night reception brought a fan to our room to use for the duration of our stay. We had a great time, we will stay again.

Great location! But I’m still waiting for the front desk team to reply me. I had left behind a small bag with shoes, behind the front desk in the bag storage room. First let me tell you the best thing about our stay was the front desk staff especially Helanie and a young man that I failed to get his name.. Second, the renovations looked good although the room we had was very small even though I had upgraded to a balcony room! Now, we didn't like the gym, too small, limited equipment, weight machine not working properly, NO FREE weights or a bench; a simple low cost way to improve the overall experience of the gym! (Maybe not to many guests in Paris use a gym) Housekeepers not the best or not trained properly... One day, no TP, another day thy took my wife's cosmetics by error and the worst part; small paper cups for coffee. plastic cups for other beverages. I understand this reduces costs but this is a MERCURE HOTEL! PLEASE! The 1st night upon arrival the elevator was not working and they put us on what was the 5th floor. I was not going to carry 2 suitcases up the stairs at 78 years old. The great front desk staff arranged to have staff carry them for us... Of course he received a USD tip! Overall and because of the front desk staff and the location we made do and enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Hotel Mercure Paris Eiffel Grenelle for 4 nights, and paid extra for a room with a view. Unfortunately, this was on the 5th floor, and the elevator was broken the entire stay. This was our first time in Paris, so we were averaging 30,000+ steps per day, and to come back to a hotel that you had to trudge up 5 flights was not a relaxing experience. The shower floor was extremely slippery and your establishment should consider putting in a mat to prevent potential slips. Breakfast was also forgettable. On a a positive note, the staff was pleasant.

It is ridiculous for a chain company as yourselves to not have a lift working in an 8th floor building. You cannot expect all your guests to climb all 8th floors. And you cannot have excuses for not fixing the lift. It is a huge inconvenience for everyone (Guests and staff)

This is my second stay here within two months, and since my first stay the standards of the hotel have slipped, with staff and facilities, the staff seem disinterested, some of the facilities were out of order and the revolving entrance is randomly locked! The buffet breakfast on some days was low on stock and quite a mess

Short weekend stay for honeymoon. Expected maybe a little more from a 4* hotel with no restaurant. Hotel was nice and clean and right next to the train station. Lift was unfortunately broken and getting the short straw on the 5th floor with a rear of the hotel view wasn't the best. They did offer to carry the cases up for us but didn't carry the wife.

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Especially Erwan. He helped me get tickets to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, made a dinner reservation for us in St Malo, and he held on to our passports when I reached out after check out to let him know that we had left them in the safe and would pick them up after 3 days of travel in Normandy.

The staff at the hotel were great. Unfortunately there were some problems with the lift which meant we had to abandon our Eiffel Tower view room on the 5th floor and move to a room on the 1st floor for mobility reasons. The location was ok and the staff did their best to look after us so overall, I would stay here again.

Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Interior was modern & bright. Location was great, as shops and bakeries just nearby. If wanting to eat out a nice restaurant was located right outside. Walking distance to subway and transport. Service was on point always a hello when we walked in. Will stay here again!

The hotel itself is just ok. Would I stay there again, yes but most likely because of the location. The room was clean with good amenities (although single use paper cups in the room should be changed). However the reception staff seem disinterested in welcoming guests. The lift was also broken for half our stay. Night staff disappear leaving us (and another family) locked outside for 20 minutes.
