« Good hotel »

Good hotel with a nice room cleaned and well equipped. The reception team was helpful. The dinner was okay but the menu is a bit light but the big issue is the breakfast ! 2 buses from Germany and the team did not manager properly the breakfast ! 30 minutes to get eggs and bread... this is not very professionnel... When you know that the hotel will be sold out please make sure everything is well managed !

Very good. We arrived late as part of trip from Spain to Denmark and had not reserved a room. The reception attendant was very friendly and found a family room. Value including breakfast was very good. Rooms are modern and clean.

We had requested a travel cot ahead of time and it was in our room. The room we got was a good size for a family of four which made life much easier! Breakfast was lovely too.

« Ok but do not go to the restaurant... unless you love long waits »

The staff at reception and the bar was great. Room was clean. The bed is ok but not as comfortable as at the Ibis. The restaurant was painfully slow, even it was only half full. On a business trip, no one wants to wait 20 mins before someone takes your order... and another 20 before half of your starter shows up. By the time my main arrived, I had been in the restaurant just over 1 hour. Couldn’t be bothered to add to the wait by having desert and coffee. Will not rush to the Mercure again.

Welcome is very kind in perfect English language. Staff is friendly. Bar lounge is Ok for sitting an evening. Dining room is not cozy. Quality of food is low for a 4 star hotel; I try to avoid dining at your hotel. Wines are good.
