nice hotel, but nothing special. Rooms are ok and over all a good choice. Breakfast (bread) was not on the expected quality level. So you could skip and have coffee and sandwich outside. This is much cheaper then and as delicious as in the hotel.

« Another pleasant stay »

Upon check-in, I was glad to know that my room was upgraded to the Premier floor. This was nice to see after several times staying at this hotel in the last 2 years (at least 7 times). The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom is much better than those in the regular rooms which are a bit old and strange in shape. The breakfast was very good as usual, with good variety and quality food. A few more fruit options would be recommendable.

Pumbing of the sink should be checked. AC could be better adjustable. Reception service quality varies on person on duty (sometimes welcoming, sometimes not so...). Bed was great, toilet shower extra points!, takes too much time waiting for elevator... but in general, very much satisfied.

Great staff, in majority can speak fluent english, which is important for non-Korean customer. One suggestion, will be great with the temperature of hot water in shower could be higher, it was really hard to enjoy a shower in cold weather even I already turned to the max.

Checking in and out was a breeze and service was quick every time I needed assistance. Breakfast buffet was satisfying. Aside from the variety of choices, tastiness is above average. On the other hand, I would have rated the hotel a 10 if not for my dissatisfaction with the airconditioning that has been turned off due to the winter season. When I got in the room, it was warm, as I checked in after lunch. I would have appreciated it if room tenants were given the option to turn off the airconditioning when the temperature got low, just like in Ibis Styles Myeongdong.
