« Meet expectation »

Room is in good size and well maintained. The front service staff Mr Kim, he is someone who is service excellent and super helpful. He exercise his initiative when he see me standing at the concierge counter. No one was there for a while, and he came to provide his service on behalf. This really impress me. Well done and I must also compliment him for speaking good English. Overall happy to stay there

Convenient hotel in nice neighbourhood, with good staff and fine breakfast. However, I noticed that there is huge difference between renovated rooms and old ones. If you are placed in old one, bathroom & climate control are really bad.

« An OK stay »

I had a regular room this time after previous trips being upgraded. The room is a lot smaller and the toilet is cramped - not much room between wall and toilet for tall people! Also the shower over the bath is not ideal, the shower head kept pointing towards the wall and was not the nicest shower. The restaurant is nice, especially like the morning buffet.

Really lovely stay in a well appointed hotel with all of Gangnam's shops, bars and businesses just a short walk away. All the hotel staff I encountered were extremely pleasant (I only wish I could've conversed in Korean but their spoken English was mostly flawless). Room size was decent as were the facilities contained within. Am happy the hotel exceeded my expectations after I had researched quite a few in the area.

« nice place, good stay but the prices too high when looking at the bit aged rooms »

I like the food and the rooms, the fitness center. all good. but the 5 star prices are not reflected when we look at the shabby bathrooms. renovation is recommend with comfortable showers and wooden floor (no carpet) in the rooms. until that is done you should reduce your price.

It was almost an impeccable stay. The only issue I had was the temperature in my room. It was too cold. My room was on the side of the big street, since I am a light sleeper, I woke up to loud engine noise sometimes.
