Very friendly helpful staff. The room was great with a beautiful view, however the heating wasnt very good. Ordered room service which was not good, my salad consisted of lettuce only and I ordered a toasted chicken blt , I got a microwaved panini with chicken avacado tomato and cheese. My partner ordered a 4 cheese pizza which could not be eaten either due to the smell. Upon checkout we advised and the charge was waived and staff very apologetic.

it was very good and thank you for the champagne to celebrate our 29th anniversary. Love the new rooms and the carpet is amazing, it would look very good in the hallway once all the rooms have been refurbished. We had the seafood buffet on thurs night and that was good as well. Putting this here because I don't know where it can fit: I was at a conference, so stored my luggage after check out. When I departed, my luggage was stored at the side of the lobby with a staff member sending us to collect and match the luggage tags, which just seemed odd to me, as it took our time to fetch, match and leave versus just doing that same process straight out of the secure luggae store.

Two nights in a suite with a view over the ocean from the sunny balcony, so relaxing. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower, didn't use the spa bath. Vanity tap needs a new aerator as it doesn't have an even stream and spurts out in odd directions and wets you. Had room service one night, good fish & chips. No problems with parking, lots of spaces. Really good breakfast, cooked to order if required, but plenty of choices for hot or cold. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I will return.

I booked on line and still when I got there the process of organising my room was a 20 minute wait. All the doors on the cupboards in my room were broken and the mini bar only had a couple of items, things were missing. The base in the bathroom was blocked. The water was not draining away.

people were lovely, setting perfect and meals really good. the room accomodation is terrible for a 4.5 star motel. Old wardrobes ( no iron in room) bathroom had cracks in walls, musty smell to room. SOme new carpets, fresh coat paint and updated furniture and general maintenance is needed.
