as Ibis is rated as 3.5 stars hotel in Hotels.com's website. The expectation of a condition of the facilities in Ibis I presumed should be in good condition. However, the disappointment came when I and my friend experiencing the hot air conditioner and broken refrigerator in a room. The complaint has been made upon, however we were left un-entertained.

Dear Ibis Kemayoran, I feel honour with your customer service warm greeting, indeed they are so nice and helpful. However your facility is poor : 1). the shower room door can not properly closed, the water leackage all over the dry area of bathroom. 2). i suggest you invest hair dyer in bathroom, since its very important. 3). Please check the electricity connection regularly, i found three connection all over room , but i only can use the one in the bathroom. can you imagine how not comfy charging your handphone in the bathroom ?? 4) i expect thicker towel and proper slippers, yours are way too thin. 5). there are connection door in my room, can not be lock ? what is that for ? it scary if you imagine stranger next door will go through your room using that connecting door. 6). Ibis Kitchen : -. Having egg station will make your kitchen feel warm and the guest will feel welcome. Why bother hide egg station in the closed kitchen ? no one even can read your note in the table that guest can get it for free. -. I'm having early breakfast, as the cs inform that the breakfast ready at 5.15, but i can only found 2 menus : porridge, main menu. -. Porridge is cold ,you should keep it warm right ?

To communicate is sometimes not so easy. English is not so good, but it works. Poolarea is nice. Location is okay; 15 minutes by taxi to Gambir/Mona. Breakfast simple but good. Hotel is fine for auch short stay of 1 or 2 nights.

Great stay with IBIS. Staff are courteous and helpful, housekeeping is great, facilities are clean. My only suggestion is I hope the concierge answers the phone in the lobby at one or two rings. Sometimes it takes six rings before someone picks up.
