This Easter I book some rooms & spent the nights together with my Families & Choir Team as we had early morning Sunday Service from 05.00h to latest service at 17.00h. That's why I recommend my Choir Team & Church Friends to book Ibis Kemayoran. The cleanliness, staff friendliness & cooperative really two thumbs up. I never doubt & complain about it. Special thanks to Mr. Rizal & Team who really gave yhe best service and really meet the customer satisfaction Thanks also for the fruits and cookies as compliment which gave to me as Accor Gold Member (as I always receive it everytime I spent the night in any Accor Hotels) The minor only the sound of the train which really annoyed during the time we fell asleep. But, overall all my Choir Team felt satisfied to spent a nite in IBIS KEMAYORAN. You are all awesome guys...keep up the best services always.

I am Gold Accor member, stay many times in your hotel. But this visit was extremely dissappointed: 1. Why I must fill all the registration card even I mentioned I am a gold member when arrived? 2. No communication at all about room upgrade, forget about getting it 3. No welcome drink coupon as usual for good member 4. No welcoming letter in the room. I hope this is not a new standard for this 25 years hotel.

Check in is very difficult. New and not trainned staff. She didnt know what to do. She treat me like regular guest and ask for deposit. Assigned me a smoking room (booked a non smoking). Room is not prepared

having a night at Ibis Kemayoran. The location is near Kemayoran and Senen Train Station and bus terminal. You can see the Monas statue in your window (if you lucky to have a room as us). Even the room is too small for a fammily to stay, but the hotel crew are so friendly and helpfull. The swimming pool is good also.

I loved staying at this hotel. Mary and Lenti at reception took good care of me and everything in my room was impeccably clean and comfortable. They have a great pool here and the breakfast is truly wonderful, they have an excellent chef. Also 24 hour room service and you get great meals at cheap prices
