We enjoyed the hotel, it was well located so travel to the various tourist sites was easy. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and courteous. A better snack menu in the lobby bar would be helpful. Overall experience was excellent.

I repeatedly stay at Ibis hotels because you know what you're going to get and that you're not going to be disappointed. Basic but perfectly satisfactory when you only need a bed for a night or two, and good value.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was ideal in terms of size, cleanliness and shower quality. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was efficiently run and was great for a short stay. Location was also ideal, being only about a minute away from a tram stop and a metro stop. This was a first stay in an Ibis Hotel and I would recommend it.

Excellent. It would of been perfect if you had had some medium wines. I was told my bar assistants. Only dry wines here no medium. Personally I do not enjoy dry wines there fore besides coffee I was unable to have a drink in the evening.

The hotel dint had enough facilities like mini fridge and coffee maker . Even the hotel doesnt provide the double bed options. We stayed for 2 nights which included the breakfast for both the days.However we opted for the breakfast on the day we arrived and one breakfast on the last day was skipped .. so ideally we had brekfast only 2 days and we still had to pay extra ..

I would also like to highlight that we do have rooms with double beds however you mad a reservation for a room with 2 single beds and breakfast included and prepaid which cannot be transferred from one day to another. Over all my stay the staff was nothing but helpful. The room was quite large and had all the amenities necessary in place and in working order, the bed was really comfortable to sleep in. Both hotel and the room were kept clean. Breakfast was very tasty and there was always some variety in the dishes to chose from. The area around the hotel was very lively, but safe at the same time and the communication by public transport - metro and tram - ensured that all of the city most important points were easily within reach.

Hello, I was staying in your hotel from 23-27.9 I must say the hotel is very good, great breakfast and good location but I had something that bothered me: Every day, even few times a day there were employees entering my room, at different time of the day, even with the do not bother sign on the door. They just came in then saw me and left. It was really annoying.

I first was very glad and grateful that without asking for it, I had a room facing a backyard instead of the street. The room and bathroom were big for a Ibis hotel and breakfast very nice. The bed was very confortable.

« Overall a good hotel »

I loved the fact that the hotel was very clean and had friendly stuff. The only thing that I didn’t like it was that it was very cold in the room and the heat was not turned on. We had an infant who couldn’t be covered with blankets like they suggested and we asked for a heater. It took an hr for them to bring us a heater from another hotel and calling the manager in the middle of the night. I was not happy but in the end they delivered. So overall it was ok.

What can I say. I don't know if I should blame the manager or the staff. Horrible service and neglected rooms. Our room was full of spider webs. We repeatedly reported this to the reception, they told us that the manager would take care of it but for the whole 3 nights of our stay no one bothered! I should be asking even for a refund. Our room was neglected. Apart from spiders, spider webs all over our room, even basic cleaning wasn't right. Every single morning they forgot to put second towel (we were two). They also didn't bother adding a new toilet paper when they saw that it was about to finish. I had to go downstairs ask for those and they gave me everything on hand so that I will take them upstairs to the room lol. I can honestly say it was possibly one of the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life and I've been to hundreds of hotels over the years.
