Hotel has the standard ibis rooms and one knows what to expect. Unlucky that the local amenities were closed for refurbishment (shopping centre) and thus one had to either get to the city centre or use the hotel restaurant for dinner. Food choice isn't great, although service is ok.

Generally, when one stays in a hotel, it can go one of three ways. One is that everything is awful. Two is that you don’t remember much a while later. Three is that you’re overwhelmed by every aspect of it. I would put my stay in the second category. Everyone was friendly, breakfast was nice, when it rained I was able to borrow an umbrella. Couldn't have asked for more.

Dirty bed clothes and toilet, old. Find another one. We spend only one night before going to our city center hotel as our flight landed late at night.wC were dirty, Bed cloths also, bad breakfast. Only the inner couthyard was nice

Hi.We like your hotel Ibis Budapest Aero a lot. But the last time we stayed on 4-4-2018 and left on 5-4-2018 . The person gave us the room Norbert was not very flexible at the situation then. There was a problem with the our reservation and he told us to wait in the lobby which took about 20 minutes instead to give us the room key , so he can fix the problem later. We also parked a mini bus Ford transit max load 3,5 tons to stay overnight at your parking. I parked it next to a bus. This men at the reception - Norbert take from us 17.00 euro for parking, because I parked the mini bus next to the bus. We have visited the same hotel many times before and we paid 10 .00 euro every time which I think is the price for mt car because it is not a big long bus. I told this to Norbert. I think it is better for your business to pay you for what our car is ,then to pay for were we parked it and visit your hotel again rather not visit it never after. We are not happy from this men Norbert because he ripped us and it seem to us that he has no good tone to the people who visit the hotel.

I would like to kindly inform you that the price of the parking in our closed parking lot is 12€ for cars and 17€ for buses from 1st Janaury 2018. Last year the price was 10€ and 15€. There is a price table at the entrance of the parking lot on a very visible place. According to the policy of the hotel we charge from 1st January 2018 for vehicle that occupies one place for cars 12€, we charge 17€ for vehicles which are bigger than normal cars and therefore they use the parking lot for busses. nice, silent and clean room. what else you want if you really visit Budapest to see castle, Duna?? Very good location - 100 away from metro station - only 15 min to centre. one thing , in my opinion should be cheaper - secure parking - 12EUR per night. Of course in front of hotel is avilable city parking, but... for me 12 EUR per night was a price for my peace of mind :)

In nutshell, I was delighted to stay in ibis Aero Budapest. During the check-in the receptionist experienced some troubles with opera, but eventually he could manage to gain access to it. My only concern was he did say my room number in loud which for security reason should not have been mentioned in front of other guests or travellers. I requested to move room as the initially allocated room was pretty smelly as last guest had smoked in that room. As the receptionist was working alone, his guard offered his assistance to check the room and arranged another room which was a nicer one. As aformentioned I had a pleasant stay, staff treated customers with professional manner. Its location is great, easy to city or airport.
