Good hotel with quite rooms. Staff is friendly and helpfull. . Several restaurants at walking distance. Correct price / quality hotel. Rooms are very clean and good beds. Didn't take the breakfast. Some little snacks available in the bar.

We made reservations over the phone, will driving in to Antony. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, even though we had some language differences. The team that handled our arrival turned out to be the same that we'd spoken to via phone and we all laughed at our ability to communicate via "desire". IBIS Massy made it fun. The room; just fine for an overnight or short stay. The bar; perfect and the bar-tenders, wonderful. I will be back when in Antony.

« A little disorganised »

We checked in online to save time as we knew we would be late and took the trouble to email the hotel. Despite all this, the check-in took a good 20 mins as the key was not ready and the receptionist was experiencing issues with the key coding machine. I felt quite sorry for him as it seemed he was probably new. He was very apologetic about the situation.

I asked rhe hotel to store my baggage, they said that there is 10 euros for the baggage storage service. Many peope may want to have short travel on the check-out day without baggages. Guests in this hotel must consider extra costs.

Hotel was ok, and the staff engagement was good. However at 3am the fire alarm went off. I got up and made my way using fire escape route when I got to the first floor I hit the last door which looked like a wall. There was no information and no signage on it. I t was really confusing, I waited there until another guest kicked it and it opened. As it turned out somebody burned the bread hence the alarm. Because of this staff had to turn the extractor fan on which was so loud I couldn't sleep until 4 in the morning. I do understand accidents happen, but you must put some sign on the fire exit door, or one day someone may die. I hop you will take this email seriously.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. The alarm went on due to an electrical malfunction of our pastries oven which in the end had been solved. From your room 210 you should have gone to the nearest emergency exit at the end of the hallway that overlooks an outside staircase. Our hotel is perfectly in order with all French legislation on fire prevention. A panel on the back of the bedroom door tells you the closest exits and none is closed. Once again we beg you to accept our apology for this night and assure you that this does not reflect the usual benefits of our establishment. We stay at this hotel every year on our way home to England. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Beds very comfortable. Free WiFi and usb charger ports for your electronic devices. Close to lots of restaurants and just off the motorway so very easy to find. Would highly recommend
