My first time with Bangkok Lotus Hotel but not with Accor Hotels was very pleasant and full of fun. My journey starts with checkin in. The Front Desk officers were so accommodating, polite and learned. Everything was in order including the welcome drink that quenched me from a grueling almost a day travel from my hometown plus traffic and humidity of Bangkok even if it's already early evening. My 5 days stay was great - room is always clean. The conference which was held also at the hotel went well and food - refreshments and lunch were ok. One thing that needs improvement is the buffet breakfast. Not much of choices and it seems that, for 5 days, food are the same.

I'm staying in the same hotel for many years now, It had renovation couple years ago, and now become reasonably good hotel for a price. Only one downside I have experienced is a pillows are very hard, my preference is very soft and thin pillows, but they are not in option to choose.

I am regular customer of Bangkok Lotus Hotel (Since 2008). The most impressive part of was how helpful and well-qualified the staff was.Hotel location is very good and 5 mins walking distance to phrong phom BTS, Next to Emporium and EmQuartier shopping center· I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and help, specially Ms Neung she is so helpful and so kind (she made sure to make me feel comfortable with good rooms and any needed help). I liked the food, the facilities and amenities in the room. Everything was clean and kept clean by the employees.My Suit Room (2015) was big which I really like, It was a great stay in Bangkok.

The hotel is very aged from car park to the lobby, lift, corridor and room. Overall at the minimum level for operation but surprisngly the service is great! Love the staff there. The management should invest some money for renovation.

We stayed in the hotel for our audit conference and I got complains from my colleagues. Another guest (not from our team) was assigned a room and keycard which was already occupied by one of colleagues. Imagine waking up in the middle of the night because someone was trying to get inside his room. Also, why we need to pay in full plus the deposit when we checked it. Some of our team members do not have credit cards or do not want their personal credit cards and they would like to pay in cash. BUT they are obliged to pay the full amount for the duration of our stay. The same happened to me but I just opted to use my own credit card but paid in cash when I checked out.

Enjoyed my stay very much at Hotel Lotus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything was functioning. My friends' room had a few minor issues though, the doorbell ringing would occasionally switch off lights and the aircon was not as cold. It would also be helpful to know before hand that the bedroom slippers were free to use but not to take home. Overall, I had a great time staying here and would recommend others to as well!
