Overall OK - but I have forgotten a jacket in my room. The jacket was found and I will receive it back by poste/courrier - but before sending it back to me I was asked to give my credit Card number to pay the poste/courrier - this is not very customer friendly for me ! normal post/courrier is not very expensive and asking to pay this is not very customer friendly.

« I didn’t find the staff friendly or helpful. When we ordered our welcome drink, we were given just one drink and had to pay for the drink for my husband. How embarrassing. This is the first time this has happened in an AccorHotels. »

As above. We were very disappointed with our visit. Staff unfriendly and very unhelpful. Welcome drink for me but had to pay for my husbands drink. How embarrassing. Poor selection of gluten free products. Usually we’re very happy with AccorHotels but I won’t recommend or return to this hotel.

This is a pleasant hotel for an overnight stopover. There is a restaurant at the hotel or nearby eateries. A large L’eclerc is nearby with good priced fuel. Parking and grounds for exercising dogs. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Very good hotel, great stay, rooms on the small side, wishing the swimming pool was heated and cleaned, But the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need around, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol station etc.... And only 30mn away from the seaside. Would recommend.

Pros: + Good location for traveling by cars + Has swimming pool + The staff are friendly and speak English Cons: + Not all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. + If you choose the room with air conditioning, then it is on the attic. It is different than what I reserved. For example, it is smaller than described; It has a sofa in the description but this one does not. + Problems about the room: (i) The room is dirty and smells bad. (ii) The pillow is worn and its filling has already become clustered. (iii) No toiletries by default, you have to ask. (iv) The bedside lamps do not work. (v) The washbasin is jammed and water is evacuated very slowly. + Average breakfast. Can't even cook scrambled eggs properly. But the pastries are very nice.

« Great air-conditioned room, but lobby and restaurant too hot »

The room was very good and nice and cool as the temperatures were very high outside. However the public areas were not cooled and uncomfortable. The réception staff were very busy and the hotel appeared understaffed. The following morning on check out, the staff member was very nice and offered us breakfast (we’re both seniors) and when we said we had no time he prepared coffee and various patisserie to take away. Very good service.

I stay for business and have been client here for last 3 years. However refurbishment was recently done unfortunately I had the perception that expenses will be covered by offering less (such as e.g. cuts on breakfast (croissant, expresso coffee). I hope not be sending the wrong message but trying to point out room for improvement. Staff was friendly as usual.

Regarding your comments on the breakfast, I want to assure you that there was no cut at all. On our buffet you have 3 kind of danish pastries (croissant, chocolate croissant and grape danish pastry).
