« Not the best night »

I have been given a joining room. Sounds could go through the doors, so I felt that I was giving a common room. I could ear him snoring and know precisely what he was doing in the bathroom/toilets. Breakfast desk was to wide; food was to difficult to reach unless you have 2m long arms!

The room was opposite the lift which meant there was a loud noise which could be hear in the room everytime it was used. Top sheets were cleaned but when accidentally pulled back to reveal mattress protector this had lots of black hair obviously from previous customers. Staff were pleasant even when we arrived quite late after a bust day at disney. Kind regards

Extremely small room shouldn't have been called a triple we could barely move. Loud banging every ten minutes from AC unit which work is up. Breakfast acceptable

Overall experience was good. Night staff was welcoming and gave me the key card quickly and we went straight to the room. Room was clean and nicely laid out.

« No Heating in Below Freezing Conditions but Friendly Staff »

The fact the heating was broken when the temperature was minus 2 degrees was a big issue and was still not fixed by the time we checked out-4 days later!!! On the 2nd day, we were given a small heater and extra duvets but we had already become ill. :( The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location was good for Disneyland Paris so it was purely the heating issue that let down the quality of Ibis.

From initial email contact to later telephone conversation. We were impressed by the hotels customer service. The refurbished room (4) that we asked for following a previous stay was again comfortable although some fixtures show signs of damage as they will invariably do with constant use. (Door stop and desk top) Breakfast was good although a non dairy alternative to butter would be appreciated.

I use ibis regularly and never have any issues. However, where there are rooms with a connecting door, as we had for our stay at Emerainville our neighbours sounded like they were in our room, so poor is the sound insulation through the doors We could hear the colour of the gentleman's socks as he prepared for dinner, and how many sprays of perfume his partner used On their return, we thought they had come into the wrong roomCompletely unacceptableIn addition there was a problem with the hot water - none until the morning, when it was fine. A forgivable technical issue - the total lack of sound privacy is not, and should be fixed

The hotel was in a good location just off the A104 with secure, free parking. A 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant in the town. Pity the hotel restaurant was closed at the weekend. Room was of medium size with a large bathroom. It looked like it had recently been refurbished and the air-cond worked!! Left my sunglasses in my room on departure, but a quick call to reception addressed the problem of sending them to my French address. Very pleased with our stay.
