I've been staying here for 6 nights and the service was great, the reception is good. I would like to mention especially to the GM , Please improve your wi-fi and make it more secure. Breakfast really really dissapointed, everyday i ate some of the buffet already empty and they didn't refilling it. Can you call me direct and explain about it and give me a compansasion from this case! I'm really dissapointed.

« Front line service is excellent »

Dear Mr. Gaultier, I am happy to hear from you. I was an ex-hotelier with Pan Pacific Group of Hotels and I am a proud service provider. Despite leaving the service line, I pride myself and all hospitality personals. I am now in the export business. This is a business trip, therefore, the room is mostly used for resting after many meetings. I had a good check-in experience and a good rest on the first night. Sadly 2 incidents on the second day are pulling your points lower. As I have advised to your Front Desk Duty Manager during my check out, (I did this discreetly ;) 1. My room is cleaned but there was no mineral water given. I am pleased I brought my own water from nearby AlfaMart. 2. The air conditioner broke down at midnight and the room became barely possible to rest. Then another incident on the 3rd day, The room was cleaned but no fresh towel is given. But I was told this is a green gesture to conserve nature by reusing the towel if deemed acceptable. Thus the maid only changes a new towel that is used towel is left on the floor. I agreed and accepted this. I was in room 1621 and I posture of the wardrobe is weird. I have to literally bend my waist to hang my clothing given it was built facing sideways instead of the front. Same to the safety box. This is made uncomfortable as I have to flip all the way in to hang my shirts. Perhaps the front panel can be removed? I hope to be given better room in my future stays. Nevertheless, the overall services from Front Desk and the Restaurant came with full Indonesian Hospitality and very friendly. These comments would be saved here for us and I do not think there is a need to post in Booking.com and I wish your team. Best regards, Rico K. (a fellow hotelier)

Bed linens were old, bit dirty. Small ants in the bathroom. No currency exchange function. Poor guidance of the location where I wanted go by taxi. Very very poor breakfast - the taste was not acceptable at all. dirty, no tidy up. Variety of dishes was very limited... no international.

I'm very enjoyed since enter the hotel feels like familiar places, the receptionist are very welcome. Their also very informative. « Pleasant stay for an affordable price »

My colleagues and I had an event within the area and found Ibis to be an affordable option for hospitality. We booked 2 twin rooms, unfortunately weren't available by the time we checked in, so we settled for a double and a twin instead. The rooms are small but clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a business trip. The breakfast runs out pretty quick so I would suggest heading downstairs earlier.

« Rest well with affordable price »

Beyond my expectation for such a price. Old building, but the room is soundproof, and Ibis have a pool. Staffs are agile and handy. Room is very clean, no cigarette smell, shower room worked very well, the towel is nice, overall, I got everything I need in a good condition. Not easy to find a good resto or cafe in a walk distance, but I can order the food online, so no problem.

1. Poolside lounge area has a mosquito problem, there were many mosquitoes there during all my nights there. 2. Room toilet had smoke smell coming out from air vent in shower area, due to other people smoking in their room/ toilet. 3. Room lighting can be brighter. 4. I had 2 different towels that had a smell, like it didn't dry properly.
