The room was noisy because of the electrical room and told the staff and thet said they will do something about it and nothing was done. I was not updated with anything too. The noise is very disturbing at night when you need to sleep. Also the bedsheet is not clean as I see light stains, there are ants and small flies in the room too. It was my first time experiencing ibis slipi and unfortunately I will not experience again. TQ.

Generally good. Check in was pleasant. Room 1114 was as requested, non-smoking on middle floors. Cleanliness is reasonable. I swim and the pool is nicely maintained. Breakfast is consistently above average too. I wish to raise two concerns - 1. The water pressure and temperature adjustment for the shower. The pressure is inconsistent - sometimes good, sometimes poor. The hot-cold mixer seems to prefer to deliver mostly hot water. It was hard to get the right mix of hot and cold, and almost impossible to get only cold water. 2. Small concern - at breakfast, omelettes and frried eggs are made in advance to save time and left on a heated tray. sometimes are not as hot/sizzling as expected when guests want to consume them. I know it's a balance between serving customers quickly and being able to provide hot food, but guests might be ok to wait for hot, fresh omelettes and fried eggs.

I'm really satisfied staying at Ibis Jkt Slipi because First: from beginning at the front desk explain that today I can have room ready directly (I come at 10.00 AM and usually I need to wait to 12.00 PM for the room). Second: she ask which room I prefer to stay: near or far the elevator. Third: when I forget to bring my Accor Card, she's willing to search at the computer and only asking my email. I'm sorry I couldn't remember her name at the reception because I'm in a hurry put the bag and the car waiting in front of the lobby. But she makes my day brighter :)
