Recently refurbished, guest rooms at Mercure Brisbane offer a range of accommodation options to suit all guest requirements, including Superior, Privilege and Deluxe options. During the refurbishment, Mercure and WMK Architecture collaborated to create awarm yet modern space filled with bright colour, which is both inviting and comfortable. The work of local artist Kelly Fielding was also incorporated into the room design, which includes her range of headboards designed to resemble the Brisbane River.

Very happy with our room it was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and pleasant on our arrival and answered our questions politely. Our dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was excellent.

I didnt like the beds they were too hard and also having to pay for the car park while.stayimg.there. the room was small for the 4 of us. It was so hot.in there. Thats why we left early. No reinbursement at all as that could have paid.for my car park. That.i.paid for. I was suppose to be there for 5days but only stayed for 3

From check in to check out it was a great break. Room service meals were yummy! Location was great. Room were clean and serviced well, just a little tired. Loved the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights. We were lucky to be able to check in early, which was great as we had 3 bags. Reception staff both days were extremely helpful. Being close to the CBD & Southbank was what we were looking for.

Check in was great, and friendly and welcoming. Coming back from the opera my partner fell and twisted his ankle, the breakfast staff help with a tray of food to the room and the duty manager arrange a chair to get us to the ground floor for checkout. Top line service from all. Make up for the not quite good service in edinburgh a few months before.

Overall I was a bit disappointed with the room allocated. I am a long term Accor member and always stay at the Mercure North Quay but this time I find the room standard had decreased. Initially the room was incomplete (number of pillows/towels) and, as I was travelling with my wife, was disappointed to find there was only one comfortable lounge chair (there was a harder, wire-framed desk chair) and only one very small table for in-room dining (which we would normally frequently use). In the past I have had rooms with a small lounge at least and a suitable table for eating.

« First time stay - was OK... »

This was my first time staying both at the hotel and in the Brisbane CBD on a work trip. I found the hotel to be in line with a lot of Mercure properties - older, dated building with smaller, 80s style rooms but very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Night desk staff who welcomed me were A1+ for friendliness and service. In-room dinner, despite the rather limited menu, was very tasty. Negatives - GPSs don't tend to acknowledge one way streets, so I had to do three laps of the CBD before figuring out how to get to the entrance I saw twice from Ann Street. Parking is abysmal - not much you can do now, I guess, but the low ceiling made parking a hired SUV more nerve wracking than it should be, and the lack of space - this alone might sway me from staying with you again.

Disappointing. From check in that took around 15 minutes to be served. Expensive parking and the incredibly disappointing room. (Small room next to the lifts and was dirty) i can send you the pictures if you like!!!

Location was convenient for our plans in Brisbane. But the room was small and little room for luggage to be open and accessible. Found the shower drainage system to be poorly planned as it spilled into the bathroom, getting the bath at soaking wet. The door into the bath was marred and chipped, and needed a facelift. The eating option was ok for breakfast but poor choice for lunch or dinner for those who are not drinkers. I complained that the safe was not operational when we arrived. Five days later it had not been fixed.
