Twin room was excellent with 2 big beds and plenty of room. Hotel has everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Locality was good and getting to everything was easy with a taxi rank out the front. Breakfast was very good with good variety and pleasant staff.

The rooms are adequate however the bathrooms could do with updating and improvement lets the hotel down. The dinner at Beccaria is phenomenal but the service is dreadful not enough staff who disappear for 30 min at a time so ordering is impossible. Breakfast at Beccaria could do with improvement to serve the same thing everyday is uninspiring. Love the gym and the roof top terrace and pool highlight of my stay. Should definitely leverage off of it maybe serve drinks up there.

Hello! I have one feedback though. The note for the towels was hanging in the toilet, which I missed. When I found it, it was not very clear of what to do with the towels if I do not want you to wash them every single day. It said hang them, but where? and that too if I remember it was on the other side. I would definitely like to be more direct. The wifi connection was so poor, I was not able to do anything with it. It was very disappointing. It was not able to connect at all. Thanks Mihir

Conveniently located hotel. Staff were friendly and problems were rectified immediately when brought up. However, when I had asked the front line desk regarding the CAT buses, she seemed like she didn't know much information compared to when I had stayed here back in 2012 where the staff there provided me a lot of information on the CAT buses.

We did use a Groupon Coupon to stay, so the value based on that was top notch ($139 including buffet breakfast and late checkout). We were under the weather a little when we checked in and we'd cancelled previous dinner plans but didn't want to waste our Groupon so it was a pleasant surprise to also get an upgrade to a suite room. Nearly 24 years ago we had our wedding reception here so maybe it was all serendipity. We ended up dining at the hotel restaurant and watching a movie on the couch, not the big night we had planned but was a great silver lining with the upgrade. Our only (very minor) gripe was the main window had a small gap down the length of it and it was one of Perth's coldest & windiest nights in a while (but we did have the heater / AC at our disposal). Just became noticeable sitting on the couch watching TV. It also probably needs a deeper clean along that whole window, but the rest of the room was immaculate.

Room was well presented, but the bathroom was dated. The bed was on wheels. Every time I got into it, the thing moved away from the bedside table. I looked at the room service menu and it seemed like expensive pub food. Was not even going to spend my companies money on it.

We stayed 5 nights at the Mecure. The 2 rooms were excellent and they were spacious and well priced. The service was excellent and we had a good breakfast and Dinner in the restaurant. The rooftop pool was perfect for a swim and the gym was good as well. The spa was a little below average and in need of some love and care. The staff were very helpful however the barman was having a bad week. The location was just perfect as we managed to walk everywhere. Overall it was a great stay.

We have stayed at the Mercure Perth a number of times in the past. Many improvements have been made, namely, the gymnasium is now first class with both the machines and facilities. The restaurant has been renovated and the meals my wife and I had on both nights of our stay were "first class". We were accommodated for a requested early check-in and all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Only disappointment was the early start on construction next door. Given my husbands illness, I hope I remember to ask for a room on the opposite side of Mecure. Our trip was for medical treatment, combined with family and friends. The Mecure Perth is ideally placed for us - If hubby needs to sleep during the day I can walk down-town or in the park plus it is easy for visitors.
