The first week was excellent service, but I had to rebook for my elderly mum for an extra day. When she arrived back at the hotel, reception did not recognize the booking I had done on the website.

A fantastic location - very close to the Murray and Hay Street malls. Easy parking close to the hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a pleasant stay other than the problem with the beds - both the double and the single bed (in a twin room) were extremely uncomfortable (hard as a rock) and neither my mother nor I got much sleep because of this. I would be very likely to choose another hotel next time.

« I would have expected more quality »

I would have expected more quality, after so many years of using this hotel for my stay. First night I have experienced the entrance of unknown person in my room. I have realized that even the door is locked from inside, anyone can enter the room. The cleaning of the room was not continuous during my stay, although no sign "do not disturb" was put outside the door. I am silver status and i was expecting at least the welcome drink, which was not provided. The room was nice and big enough for the long stay. The shower also enough, just the exchange of the bathroom products was not done in timely manner. I am choosing this hotel since 5 years for my stay in Perth, and I would have expected more caring.

« Perfect for what we needed it for »

I stayed as part of a Groupon deal so it was quite cheap and included a bottle of wine. This was perfect for what we needed - A place near the city. Things that could be improved -Blinds instead of curtains with make the room seem bigger, cleaner and more modern. -The doona cover had a stain on it but I guess that is why there is a sheet placed over it. - The shower may not have been used for some time as the door was extremely hard to open - The hot water took about 5mins of running the water to come through. -After our first night we went to go up the elevator but the our cards didn't work so they had to be reset (maybe because we changed our original booking from 1 night to 2 nights) - It would be helpful if staff explain how to use the lifts when they provide the room keys. There were so many confused people. But overall it was what we needed, just somewhere to stay the night.

I stay here for business trips, the company I work for has a number of staff here, I the past week I have had to call reception to have it dealt with, I’m so annoyed and disappointed at the lack of effort from the hotel from putting roudy teenagers near me. I won’t be staying here again, I will be making a formal request to my employer.

« The service was great but the twin share room is a bit small »

Amenity very useful; Customer service was very good; very friendly. It was a bit confusing upon arrival with a car to understand what to do with the car parking - checked the website to see if I could get further information but found it lacking. Overall room was good - for the length of stay - 2 nights.
