« Comfortable hotel, friendly staff »

Good hotel with nice, comfortable room, all this for an extreme competitive price (80 euro included breakfast). Staff was helpfull and friendly. Sound isolation for external traffic can be better. No shuttle to airport.

The staff were very helpful but unfortunately our meal in the your restaurant was terrible and expensive. We would use the hotel to stay again but find a better place to eat.We had such wonderful memories of meals we had during our month long stay in Montottone but you need to do a better job with your restaurant.Iceberg lettuce in a Caesar salad for 17 Euros!Really?

Convenient for airport, helpful front desk staff, good breakfast. An airport shuttle service would be an added bonus. Taxi from hotel to airport terminal was very expensive.

Rocco was very helpful for my stay, he assisted me to ensure that I was extended for additional night due to the strike at the airport. He allowed me to have a late check out considering my status as a Gold member. Thank you to Orlando in allowing me to extend my stay for one night considering that the hotel was fully committed.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We were able to check in early and use the room, and the hotel is clean and well-run, with excellent facilities and services. We appreciate all the amenities in the room and we slept well on your comfortable beds. It was easy getting out to the airport for our early flight. Thank you!

« Met my expectations »

Used the hotel for a long weekend sightseeing in Florence. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you would expect from a chain hotel of this standard. All staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast although not exceptional offerd plenty of choice and was good value. The hotel is some way from the sights but public transport was easily accessed, cheap and regular, bus tickets were available to purchase from reception. The hotel is very close to the airport but rooms were well insulated and we never experienced any noise from aircraft during our short stay.

« Hotel was misrepresented on web site as having free hotel shuttle. There was no shuttle. I had already paid for room in advance so could not cancel reservation. »

The room had no air conditioning and opening the window allowed pollen into the room increasing my allergies. The trainee at the reception desk was kind and helpful but her colleague was abrupt when I called to inquire about air conditioning and the non functioning tv remote. The saving grace for this hotel was the firm mattress and the bartender who was kind and informative. Overall this hotel does not compare well with other Novotel/Ibis hotels that I have stayed at all over the world. Total taxi fare to and from the hotel to to the airport was over 50 euro. Outrageous!

« Bad night sleep »

Everything was good including check in. I had a very bad night sleep due to bed bugs biting me, particularly around the pillow area. I normally stay at the sister hotel Ibis and I never experienced this there. I wonder if all the rooms are like this and would I stay there again? At breakfast the staff were attentive but were noisy complaining about something amongst themselves, with a lot of coming and going. This should not happen whilst guests are in the restaurant.

« nice hotel but noisy and not well connected »

The traffic noise trough windows, even during night, was clearly audible. Usually new hotels close to airport or congested areas has better noise insulation. Connections withy city centre and airport are poor.

« Standard Hotel »

A standard hotel with standard price. For qualitity of services and faicilities we didnt expect nothing special and also didnt get nothing special. Somewhat worn out and poor hotel if you compare to similar accor hotels. The funny thing that we had only one set of everything in our room- one water, one set of bath accesories, two coffe capsels an so on. The second funny thing is that this hotels quality is not comperable to the same novotel in Poland. But should be the same in our opinion. The dinner in restaurant is far too expensive for the quality what you get. The breakfest selection is little bigger than standard 3 star hotel but everything is poor.
