there are mosquitos in the room. the hotel is so deem, very old ! please renovate ur room. Breakfast is also cold. the food is served with no warmer.

« Keeps making small improves but some annoyances persist »

Good stay..we family and i are well known here so its always the case in terms of staff interactions The annoyances still there are the little stuff like the flintstone era control boxes for lights and etc by the bed which are in very bad worn out condition and smtimes disfunctional. And they door.locks which REALLY should be in museum ;) Wifi improved Garden area improved Also seems staff are finally trained to deal with illicit smoking Good..

This hotel is nearby shops and restaurants. . Overall the hotel is acceptable for a short stay. Breakfast variety is also good. street food plenty...Restaurant is located so near....everything is in walking distance like Sabang Night Market and Starbuck. Taxi is abundant and Bajaj is available (be carefull sometimes bajaj is more expensive than taxi fare)

The hotel was good. But needs some improvement: 1) room - toilet flush, floor is uneven; 2) breakfast - good breakfast but table set-up especially putting table spoon and napkins are often delayed or not taken care if you go after 7.00 am.

i stayed for 2 nights at Ibis Tamarin. It is located right at the city center with great access to train station and shopping center. My experience was enjoyable and what i like the most is the comfort of the bed, very soft and perfect for relaxing after a day. The room itself is minimalist, which is not a problem since i was there for business.

« Decent place for short stay »

Room was pretty comfortable and clean, enough for us to get a decent sleep but on the day of our arrival, we found that one of the supposed clean towel was dirty, wet and smelly. The hotel staff should have been more careful in replacing new towels, had my mom not noticed it and alerted me before using, my skin would have had contact with god knows how many gazillions of germs on that towel. Very satisfied of the service, it was 9/10. On another note, the hotel management shall consider a renovation on the hotel for further improvements to give upcoming guests more comfort to stay because it seems like the hotel needs it a lot. (E.g. smelly old carpet along the corridor, old elevators and old door lock system). Frankly speaking, the breakfast we had were mediocre. Lack of options and taste. Could be improved further.
