Clean and tidy rooms, great meals, early buffet breakfast is great for business trips with early start. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The booking was made with ease. The only additional things I would recommend is supplying 2 bottles of water every day and chilled in the bar fridge. Also I had to go to Reception to ask for an extra blanket as there wasn't one issued in my room and I could not see the Reception phone number on the room phone or on any of the literature provided in my room, not sure if I was to dial 0 to get through to Reception. Very glad for the Gideon's Bible and hair dryer.

« No up to usual standard for Ibis Style »

The bathroom was dirty . Only 2 glasses in the room and they were dirty. After a cold shower before going out for the evening we mentioned to the women on reception who looked at us blankly . When we asked for the internet access code we were asked if we were both accor members and when I said yes she asked my husband áre you as well' breakfast the next morning was cold and no coffee available . There was 1 young woman on duty and a group of about 25 Fly in Fly out workers and maybe 10 other people having breakfast.

Once we had sorted out the problems with check-in which we found unnecessary as this booking had been made well in advance things did improve. The breakfast was excellent. However, half of our party experienced noisy neighbours in the room next door with a party that went on until approximately midnight. Not good enough!

Room was good, warm and peaceful. Only issue was lack of hot water for shower in morning. It was as if it had just all been used. But was not cold, just cool. And girl at reception was helpful when informed about it as I checked out.

I had a wonderful sleep and stay there, but I did stay in Room 122 and on the side of the bed frame (on the bathroom side) there seemed to be some type of large residue or spill or food or something that was not cleaned.

Requested food service to my room for 8.30pm when the kitchen closed as I was returning home late from work. I informed the reception it was no issue if it was slightly cold as it was pasta and salad. When I returned to the room around 8.35pm nothing was there and upon asking reception as to where it was I was informed they did not want to get cold. At 8.40pm I was told it was not possible to prepare my something as the kitchen had closed. I reinforced that I said it didn't matter and I was left hungry and frustrated. Due to the tie at night I had to get 'junk food' which is not what I wanted. The room itself was good, clean and comfortable but frustrated there was no trust / understanding on my request and that I had to take extra time to go out and source food I did not want after a 12-14 hour working day
