Preet is very experience and knowledgeable in her job. She attended to us immediately when she realized we are feeling lost. Kudos to her fast responsiveness and professionalism. We gotten a free upgrade to ocean view and a mini introduction tour to the hotel lobby and to our room. A few feedbacks are, the check-in counter should have at least 2 person at a shift because a few times we couldn’t catch anybody there and even calling the room service line a few times there were no pick up. However, the pros weigh far more than the cons. The bellboy and drivers are friendly and smiley all the time! Our check-out was done by Pia, and she is also very attentive and approachable. Overall, the experience in Novotel Phuket Resort is very pleasant and comfortable. Given a chance, I would return again!

Room was clean and Sunnee our room cleaner was great, service staff need more management assistant with English but were very helpful and tried hard to please. A little more training with what knifes, forks and spoons are needed with what food.

« Too many stairs »

We had a great stay at your resort, however I was with my parents and they are not young anymore so the stairs were not great. There is definitely a need to lifts or ramps and wheelchairs. Thank you for your hospitality! The food was amazing!

The stay was pleasant except for the partial ocean view room from my room, not sure if that justify the premium over other standard rooms. Honestly, it was not up to my expectation. Once into the room, I was busy in the next half an hour after mosquitoes. Yikes....would appreciate if the hotel provides insect repellant or equivalent to hotel guests.

Spent 8 nights in the Deluxe Sea View Room, 1 Double Bed with Balcony for my birthday. (Queen size bed). My wife and I enjoyed being greeted by name by the staff and having a Happy Birthday sign on the bedroom wall. As I was a returning client, they even had a 'Welcome back' sign on the window. The room was quite big, with extra couches and a dressing table and mirror. Separate bathroom and toilet - big bath - round like a spa. Upon entry past the reception, staff would always bow and greet you by name each time! Pia and Preety were exceptional! Restaurant staff also greeted us by name and remembered what our preferences were for how we liked our eggs and beverage at breakfast. Yod cooked excellent omelets, made to order. Toei in the restaurant was always there to see if you needed anything else. Excellent service. Sae the Security Guard would always salute me and say hello each time I passed. Just great. Will definitely return

The hotel was very nice, most staff e.g., front desk Manager very very pleasant and helpful, and front desk staff fantastic, tour desk staff fabulous , massage desk ladies fantastic and my favourite lady Tick best massage technique i have ever had, being travelled and stayed at sheraton Nha trang, fiji, malaysia, dubai, Penang sri lanka i must say she was devine, Sae the security very very pleasant and helpful, porter boy very very helpful, but disappointed with the restaurant most of them was very poor in understanding simple instructions and often could not understand simple english with a simple request, being such a big name Novotel we were disappointed with the restaurant staff not being more fluent in english, and please don't get me wrong its great to employ local staff but a very important factor is to have staff who guest can communicate and the card hand out with name was not a very appropriate thing as if one gives you a coffee when i simple request was a cup of tea please then hands in a card to put his name on trip advisor, there were so many of very very efficient and beautiful service but never came too forward with their name, so a suggestion like in Sheraton Nha Trang in Vietnam they had a bowl with all smily faces and guest just took how many they wanted and put their deserving staff name in their own time and put it in a barrel a better way of recognition. All steps and tiles very very slippery on red gloss paint very dangerous, specially steps to rooms and pools. The pool was magnificent best we have ever being, absolutely beautiful set up and water was absolutely clean and so comfortable totally loved it. More different dishes would be good, even indian had a very limited amount. Breakfast was wonderfull every day, the cleaning staff in our room was absolutely great did a fantastic job. The van taking us to shopping centre and back what a brilliant idea, and ride to bottom gate even though we loved walking down admiring the gardens beautiful set up, but having a lift to come back was brilliant. Over all wonderful experience and location close to beach our first ever trip to Thailand. You should be proud of your hotel and staff.

Arrival was well organised with pick up at airport. Friendly and helpful staff at checkin. Room for improvement wrt shuttle transportation. Could be too late, or not showing up at all. Blame was put on us for missing or not waiting at right spot (which was definitely not the case!). Breakfast was decent but nothing fancy. Choices were rather limited, jt the food was decent. Besides that, excellent friendly and helpful staff. Last remark: some common amenities missing in luxe room (eg toothbrush). Location: Amazing location with view over the sea.
