AC not working, when i inquired the answer was " Here in Paris Winter is coming, so we turn off AC " could be a direct quote from GOT. at checkout i was told told i am being charged for lunch, room service and drink at the bar, when i said i never had those, the answer was oh ok . towels did not look very clean stay away !

The rooms need renovation and I only stayed at this hotel because it was near a concert hall. I wouldn't go back. I am a accor club platinum member and when I arrived I asked if the hotel had been able to give me an upgrade. I was met with incomprehension and was then asked why I hadn't booked a superior room if I wanted one. The person was very unfriendly and polemic. Perhaps he was a trainee. Thankfully, another gentleman took over and had a completely different approach. He was much more professional. However my arrival at the hotel wasn't a pleasant one.

The booking was a bit of a disaster. I made the reservation by telephone and via mail. The names were wrong several times. The first room I was offered on the 4th floor was very noisy, I believe air conditioning noise. I changed rooms without a problem. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Shower did not drain well so had to turn off whilst shampooing hair and applying shower gel. Water not supplied each day. The room was clean. The only staff that actually greeted you was I believe the gentleman who is in charge of the breakfast. Otherstaff appeared grumpy when we had breakfast. When I asked if i could take an apple after breakfast a lady from the breakfast area seemed annoyed and tutted at me. When we arrived the receptionist was professional and polite.

I have spent more than 50 nights in this hotel in the last year. Every time I come you treat me like you see me for the first time: every time I to fill paper with all my data (always the , give passport and credit card. Some of my colleagues that come frequently like me are treated as habitué and have a very fast check in. I repeatedly asked the same and I do not understand why it is rejected to me. When I arrived I was not offer the welcome drink and I had to remind it, frankly this lack of care is depressing. During the entire month of July the restaurant made available only half of the normal menu... very few choices!! On Monday I ordered a salad and not all of the ingredients were available. I was not told or asked to choose something different... I received a salad with half of the ingredients! This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. I hope that somebody really reads my feedback and does something. I have expressed my request of more care as I regularly come twice a month in this hotel for working reasons. I expect some actions to be taken. Thanks.

Several elements I wasnt happy with: 1. $100 euro hold on my credit card when I had already paid for the full stay in advance, it has now been 4 days and I have yet to receive a refund on my card 2. Couldn't check in 1 hour early and the option to do so was going to cost $40 euro so a room was available and the hotel just didnt want to give it to me 3. I had to leave early and couldn't check out early as there was a computer issue 4. Large hotel but no gym I will be providing my feedback on expedia as I was really annoyed by this experiance

ok, the whole country is in the middle of a heatwave granted but I really did expect the air con in your room to be at least efficient - it was not at all, this especially at the high price I paid for one nights stay. I did not sleep, I was far too hot. There were others complaining about exactly the same thing and while I can accept the price, I really cannot accept the lack of air con. PS - I am sure it was working BUT even at the highest setting was not in anyway cooling the room down. Many thanks...
