Our overnight stay at the Mercure Resort Queenstown was all we had hoped for and more. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room and views were excellent and the food was delicious. As an Accor member it was very affordable.

Stayed here for the first time, our room was amazing refurbished and the most amazing views of the Lake. Using our Accor card got a room upgrade and two for one meals, the food was also fantastic as was the friendly service, highly recomend a stay here

Was ok, room was noisy as right by lift. Also got asked to leave balcony area as were eating our own food there, was no-one arond and we asked before we went out there, but clearly it upset someone. There were no signs or anythink we were just trying to enjoy the spring weather. Maybe instead of making people feel stupid put up a sign saying cant eat own food here.

Check in staff were friendly and efficient but the rooms are tired even though an attempt to renovate had been made. The bathrooms are not great. Bed was comfy but the bottom sheet wasn't fitted and kept coming off. Views are stunning however which was why we chose this hotel. Overall just ok

I always stay at Mercure when I travel down for Winterpride. The hotel is relaxed and suits all of my needs. There has been a significant improvement in the level of customer service offered by the hotel. Both my travel partner and I have had previously expressed our concerns about the customer service and both of us felt there has been a big improvement. I stayed here whilst working for 3 months over winter and from the moment I arrived till the time I left the hotel staff were nothing but excellent.
