Front desk was not friendly. No hospitality at all. Very poor. I stayed in lot of IBIS hotels. But this one is real bad due to the staffs.

It was a nice room and I really liked that we could store our luggage in a room downstairs after we checked out. However I moved a table and there was a child’s toy hidden behind it, along with quite a bit of dust.

Good hotel located in a quiet street, 3 mins walk from metro line 4 and 6 mins walk from gare de L'est-We came by Eurostar and Gare du Nord is only 1 stop after on metro line 4- Welcoming, friendly and helpful 24 hours front desk Reception- Easy to check in and out. we checked out at 9am and left our luggage in the storage room and came back to collect them before leaving for Eurostar. Nice room with electric blind and comfy twin beds and aircon. Nice bathroom with shower. it would have been great if we had a mini fridge! Opposite hotel, is a small friendly chinese restaurant with authentic delicious chinese food at affordable price! We recommend it! Not far from the hotel, there is a grocery shop, McDonald and a few coffee places.

Good room, clean- nice comfy twin beds. Nice bathroom - Reception was helpful, polite and we were always greeted by a smile. The hotel is nice and just about 6 mins walk from gare de l'Est Station, and just opposite , there is a lovely authentic chinese little restaurant which is affordable and the food is delicious! The only missing thing was a mini fridge- We would have loved to have one in the room where we could keep a bottle of water of some chilled snacks.

Experience at ibis is always very good in terms of sleeping quality. We had to stay overnight, because the train was cancelled. The price was a bit high for the 2-3 persons room. I was expecting to get a standard 1-2 persons room and get a free update with the Silver Card but it did not happen. The bed was spacious enough for 2 adults and a 2 yo kid. So we did not even use the additional bed.

staff were great, room comfortable and the handy phone was brilliant because I had my own mobie stolen on the Metro so having handy phone allowed me to make all the calls needed to cancel my SIM card etc

Sink leaked, room too hot and breakfast choice was too limited. Despite doing online check-in we still had to fill out all the details at reception. We were then told we had to pay for children’s breakfast even though it was included as part of our booking.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Regarding the need to fill a form of police, know that it is mandatory for foreigners in France and that hotels may face heavy penalties if it is not. Online registration is limited to one person. So, unfortunately, we have no choice but to apply this procedure, which I understand may seem heavy. And for children's breakfasts, again, Accor does not automatically book children's breakfasts even when they are reported. You have to manually add them as a supplement. Again, we understand the surprise on arrival and we are sorry, but 99% of pre-paid bookings with breakfast included do not include breakfast children, we must therefore add them and have the supplement paid to arrive. We understand however your disappointment for that. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Arrived on February 10 2019 at about 10:30 to be told that there was no room available yet. Waited for about 30 minutes for a room. No superior available to complain to. Was told that a request for reimbursement of Early Check-in fee was launched. Checked out on February 12, 2019. Had argument again with reception about the useless Guarantee. Was promised again that a request for refund will be launched to the superior. No news since then
