Great location and nice garden and swimming pool. The rooms are noisy, you hear conversation and television from next rooms and the one below and above and everything from the corridors. The rooms need a compled remodelling, the carpets are stained, the painting is peeling, the matress is poor. The painting and coucking in the bathroom, just pathetic.The staff at the desk was professinal and knowleadgeable but they should learn how to smile occasionally. The staff at the bar...just terrible. Overall not much to recommend

Hotel stuff refused to order me taxi, when i called them during heavy rain, they told me that they do not have any number to any taxi service, nor any car. They so forget to gave me Welcome drink, i need to ask next day.

« Great location, right outside of the train station »

it was ok there was a mix up with the reservation. My family and I missed the check in as we weren't aware there wasn't an overnight train to Fes from Marrakech. we go there a day late and instead of honouring our late check in, we were charged for another day! any other establishment would have honored the one day check in.. .... but hey its Morocco not USA!

The shower gel keep running out and I have to ask for more every day during my 3 nights stay. The pillow is too soft for my liking. Everything else are fine.

The first person whom I made conversation with at the front desk (tall, light skinned and wearing glasses) was the rudest person ive met. He felt that having personal conversations on his mobile phone were more important than checking in guests. Little did he know i understand and speak darija perfectly. My wife who is Moroccan also understood and was disappointed at his behaviour. Later on we went tonsit poolside and it was a little cold and I wanted tea to warm me up. I waited 45 mins for the servung staff to approach me and ask if i wanted anything but they did not come. I went into the serving area or bar and it looked like the serving staff had been drinking and i ordered tea off him. I took it out and drank it he didnt return after 30 mins so then i came back in to pay for the tea as he was sitting holding his head. The bed was ok, i asked for more towels which didnt arrive. The staff were unsocial and didnt have a customer service bone in their body. Brilliant location next to the train station, shame about the lazy and unprofessional staff.

Went for a budget holiday to Fes and the Hotel was nice. Room was as expected. Needed the basics to help us get through our stay in Fes. The beds were a bit on the hard side but manageable. Heard lots of noise one night of doors opening and closing constantly on our floor but not the hotels fault. Front desk was great and very helpful. The garden terrace was great. Very easy to get a cab from hotel to the blue gate or airport. The obvious update would help the hotel even more but I think it is a good 3 star hotel.

Right in the centre of Fez - A standard Ibis hotel, you know what you are going to get. It was clean and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are small but fine for a few nights. Price was OK. Private parking ( small charge) - Will stay again.

« A safe ,clean hotel in a good location for all transport. »

We found the hotel staff helpful and friendly,the room was small but clean but we expect this from an Ibis. The hotel is situated in a lovely garden and although it was November we could sit out on an evening with a drink.Taxis , tours and trains were very close.The breakfast was adequate but we would have liked a little more fresh fruit. The room at the front of the hotel was noisy during the night from noise in the street. On our morning of leaving the desk staff offered to make us a coffee at 4:30 .

Great location - next to Fes train station. Small room - minimal walking space after opening 2 medium size luggage. Furniture needs some upgrade - for example, the hangers are broken. Draining system in shower - always flooded till ankle when bathing.

All the employees I met were very courteous and helpful , very speedy check in as I am an accorn member, Given excellent room facing the pool and very quite , Most comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and good wifi through out the hotel, Duvet a little warm this seems to happen in many ibis hotels as i they seem to have standard all year round duvet what ever the weather.Ibis type breakfast sufficient choise and good coffee ,Rachid working at breakfast times was always helpful and most courteous .Lovey pool and gardens nice bar area and drinks and food available .£ minutes from the main train station in fes .15 minutes by taxi from medina , Excellent hotel for the price , Highly recommended

« Awful website and staff »

DANGER. DON'T GO TO IBIS HOTELS!! They charge you twice the amount via their website (accorhotels) and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the money back. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They stole 100€ (the room was 100€ and they charged me 200€). Neither the hotel responded the emails I sent, nor the Central mail. When I got to the hotel the manager was never there. Someone said they reimbursed the money BUT LIED, as I check with the bank and there was no reimbursement. I ask for the RECLAMATION BOOK but they showed me blank paper!! DO NOT GO TO IBIS HOTEL, THEY STEAL FROM YOU AND THE STAFF IS UNCAPABLE TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM AT ALL.

Check in was quick and given top floor room facing the swimming pool and beautiful garden.very quite room , very comfortable bed good shower and plenty of hot water.During my weeks stay the room was always cleaned very well.All the employees I met were most helpful and made my stay very comfortable, Good breakfast and selection, Rachid the waiter at breakfast was most helpful and courteous, very good air conditioning and fast wifi ,the limited food in the bar was very tasty .The duvets on the beds were too hot, Ibis seems to have just the one weight of duvet all year round , this needs to be looked at even in a Europe . I can recommend this hotel it’s next door to the main railway station and such good value . The main Medina is about 10/15 minute taxi ride
