« Comfortable but room maintenance could be better. »

Party of 3, two rooms. Bad smell in both bathrooms, despite that they appeared very clean. Our room had poorly fitting lamps that the fixtures had come away from the wall. Comfortable beds, if not a little hot in the night even with the air con. Breakfast was good with a varied choice. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a decent location and quite easy to find, short walk to the nearby train station and traffic nearby wasn't too bad even at busy periods. Parking was secure.

not that good we suppose to checked in at 3.00 pm and the rooms weren't even ready, we had a small baby needed changing and everyone of us wanted to rest before going to the wedding. When we finally got the room, the cor-doors panels were being painted, all the way cor-doors ,plus the paint smell was very strong on that day and in the morning. Then we had booking for Sunday which we could not cancel. when we check on Sunday there was still strong smell of paint. I was not very happy with my stay and made rethink about making booking again. can you please look into this matter.

I came with my family for a wedding. We were surprised about the big and modern lounge area and the rooms. The price was ok. The only downside was that the staff seem less helpful and very moody.

« A pleasant stay »

My Mum and i stayed here for 1 night. It was a pleasant stay. The staff were great and the hotel was clean. The only 2 things which were dissapointing were that the sink plug got stuck and it wouldn't let the water out so we had to ask the front desk to help us. The young guy at the desk was great and fixed it for us. The shower ran super hot and then cold. I placed the temperature gage where i wanted it but as i showered it ran super hot and i had to move out of the way then it ran okay again.

« Nice Hotel, But... »

One of the nicest IBIS hotels, just not the best location. Sadly though the staff failed to, as requested email my invoice which therefore requires me to chase them up. It may seem petty, but for some reason it happens all too often.

When we first entered the room it stank. There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. It wore off but whether it was a drainage issue. Room was small for a family but for one night it was ok.

the stay was ok however when we first got there the room smelled of sewers we told reception who just gave us air freshener they did not come to check or offer a different room. this smell did persist but nothing was done about it.
