« Always a wonderful stay »

I've stayed here many times before and will continue to return. It is a wonderful hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms, a great buffet breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The location is within an entertainment precinct featuring movies, restaurants, bowling, pokies and more. We stayed on this occasion to attend the Supercars at Sandown, which was only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Very convenient location for events in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The welcome staff were exceptional and we were welcome to use the car park prior to check in so we could go and shop. The rooms were very fresh and clean. Requested a bucket of ice and promptly received it. The complimentary bottle of house wine was of very good quality (Sav Blanc). Our package also included a cocktail which was made to perfection. Breakfast was disappointing due to requesting poached eggs and them coming out overcooked so I politely asked if I could get another serve which was no problem however the next ones were dry and overcooked again. I just left them and had toast. The checkout was easy and again desk staff lovely.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Glen Waverley. The room was fresh, tidy, roomey and the bed was was very comfy. Having access to the pool and sauna was enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and professional. The restraunt the Butchers Block had delicious food and drinks and the buffet breakfast in the morning was Amazing!
