Noisy drunken Asian tour group kept me awake - in corridors and in room. Smoke drift from outside smoking area permeates entrance foyer. Full ashtrays and beer bottles left out overnight and in full view at breakfast. Door seals in room let smell, light and noise into room. Digital clock too bright. Guest services generally unhelpful when I advised my bill would be paid directly. Serving food to conference group in hotel foyer is a bad look and crowds the area. Not enough foyer seating, I had aforesaid Asian tour group pushing me out of my seating. Overall not a good experience. Room was clean and well maintained.

Received an upgrade upon arrival for which we were very grateful. Room was beautiful and clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Really appreciate a friendly smile and a bit of a laugh. Great buffet breakfast but didn’t have dinner in the restaurant. We’ve found in the past that the menu was fairly limited and quality really didn’t match the cost. Surprised to be charged for parking as when we stay at the Ibis next door it is complimentary.

« Relief after checking into a hotel nearby that was terrible causing us to leave. »

Very comfortable. The rooms were bright and clean. Beds comfortable-we didn’t even need the optional pillows available. We have multiple sport competitions in the area and have already booked ahead to the next one. Staff were very helpful and understanding.

« Its the little things that you notice and remember »

It was good, however in a in effort to assist you I will provide an honest comment on the food. I dined in the restaurant and ordered a steak and as a side a special type of potato chips from the menu at a cost of $9. Now as petty as this may be the expectation was something special and what arrived was what I would describe as frozen shoestring chips with a sprinkle of maybe hot paprika. Mc D's or Hungry Jack style. I ordered them specifically and it was a remarkably below standard result. Steak was great, service friendly but unfortunately that was what stuck out.

The receptionists have been friendly, and the room was clean. However the free-wifi in the room was very slow and basically unusable. Our team of six colleagues all experienced the same as we were unable to connect to do our works in the hotel. We all ended up using our phone hot-spot to connect to the internet. Another thing - the food trays that guested left out of their rooms after the room-service dinner lines to hall-way for a long-time, and walking pass these after-meal trays at night doesn't make you feel really good!
