Firstly, staff are fantastic, welcoming and accommodating!! My room was spotless and comfortable.In-house dining options are great, especially if you have been traveling and couldn't be bothered gong out. There is an abundance of transport options and retail facilities within walking distance. Novotel Glen Waverly never disappoints and is consistent each time I visit.

Overall my experience was good, food in the buffet was pretty good, only blip was the iron in the room didn't have a water seal and water was spilling out when I was trying to iron.

« Staff were very friendly and helpful »

The only issue I had with my room was I could not turn off the airconditioner. I tried turning the unit off at the switch on the wall but this did not work. I ended up turning off all the electricity so I could sleep as the unit was noisy and it was very hot in my room. I did enjoy all the meals I had - both room service, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.
