I have stayed at the Novotel Glen Waverley on a number of occasions. Sadly the standard seems to be going down. It is more like an Ibis Hotel. No hand towels, two little containers of milk, etc.etc., The next night, I stayed at a two bob motel in the Blue Mountains on my way to Dubbo. They had hand towels and plenty of milk. A much better experience.

Easy booking process and quick check in service. Room was large and clean. Good small gym on site. Minor mix up with payment on check out but a follow up email sorted it out very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice home away from home, with a food court, cinema and strike bowling being located in the same complex. A lot more food options behind the complex or at the Glen shopping centre nearby. My children enjoyed the kids play area as xbox, colouring papers, a few other games were provided. It would be nice, however, if microwave is provided.

Friendly staff at the reception and also room services staff are great. Great location with the new The Glen Shopping mall close by with many restaurants around the Novotel Glen Waverley. We stayed 6 nights with our 2 teen age kids, absolutely pleased to have the connecting rooms as we requested. Hotel is very clean, beds & pillows were awesome. We will certainly consider staying Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley next time. Car parking charges could be reduced for guests staying longer duration like us.

Enjoyed my stay as it was comfortable, convenient and restful. Antoinette at reception was friendly, warm and welcoming and made my stay special. Room was nicely appointed , clean and comfortable. Only issue I have is that the pillows smelled musty with stale sweat odor. Thank goodness for the extra pillows in the cupboard. Otherwise, my stay was relaxing and lived up to my expectations.
