The staff were so helpful and friendly, from reception, bar staff, waitresses and cleaning staff. We stayed 2 nights and the first night was in a junior suite which was fabulous. The second night the room was really good too. Can not fault anything at all. With restaurants and picture theatre as part of the complex was very handy.

« Request made prior to my stay was not looked into despite being agreed upon by the staff. »

The Good Experience during this stay: 1) Dean (Assistant manager) was very friendly and was able to make immediate changes knowing that my Email request was not being looked into. 2) Most of the last minutes changes made was able to meet my requirement. (Bed & Room requirement) The not so pleasant experience during this stay: 1) Request made prior to my arrival was not looked into despite being agreed upon by staff via email(Karen). 2) Arrangement made (room change from double single to king size) by Dean as promised on 25th night was overwritten the next day morning only when I was in the lobby with all my luggage and belonging with me as instructed. I was told that the room number that Dean reserved was overwritten and there was no room available to change. I have to carry all my belonging back to wait for further arrangement. 3) On that same day 26th, Novotel staff proceed to transfer all my belongings into the new room when it was ready while I was out for work. However, during the transferring of my belongings, all belongings left in the fridge was not being transferred over to the new room and was discarded by the housekeeping. The new room allocated to me was also not the actual room reserved by Dean the night before (Smaller than my existing room). I need to go through the entire hassle again to personally contact the manager on duty to have my room changed back to the same room size for the 3rd time that day.
