We went to Glen Waverley for Mothers Day and spent the night at the Novotel. Once again we were met with a smile and a courteous welcome. The new staff were as accommodating as previous and we had nothing to be concerned about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion, the door into the change room needed a room key to exit back into the pool area. A lady got stuck in there. We were in the pool and could hear her banging on the door to get back in. Perhaps this door doesn’t need a room key to get from the change room back into the pool area.

Myself and my 2 children had a fun and memorable overnight stay at the Novotel Glen Waverley. The concierge staff were always friendly and helpful. My children were delighted to get the plush key rings toys - red panda . Also I would like to thank the reservation staff for arranging with reception that there were balloons and sweet treats set up in the room for my daughters birthday. It was a special occasion to stay overnight for her birthday and that extra effort by the Novotel staff was really appreciated. Thank you.
