A wonderful stay with a beautiful room. Our room was cozy and well furnished with warm touches such as the soft woollen throw rug. The bathroom was spacious with a deep bathtub perfect for a luxurious soak after a day of skiing. Daily breakfast was a perfect start to our day and the made to order omelet was delicious. Staff were always courteous and helpful.

Even though we were kindly upgraded from a Alpine suite looking at the car park to a Garden suite for free I was very disappointed that the room was so dark. The view room would have been a better option but compared to other similar property stayed at in Queenstown with great views this would have been more expensive option in comparison. Of the 4 restaurants we are at in Queenstown this ranked 3rd with the pork being dry and the desert very average. Views from restaurant great. Staff very friendly. Car parking disappointing at $35 very expensive.

Could not fault a thing from the moment we arrived. A few standouts for my partner and I: The lovely notes from our housekeepers - Lily and Nue - we bumped into Nue when we came back to our room to pick something up and she was so sweet, courteous and friendly. Also, the bartender Jimmy. I'm pregnant so obviously was not having anything alcoholic. He conjured up the most delicious mocktail and the way he went about it was very creative with me answering 3 questions to help him decide what he might make up for me. It's those customer service experiences where people go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. So I thank Jimmy for creating "Sparkles" for me. And the friendly faces every morning at breakfast. So many great staff on board that make the hotel a pleasure to be in. And I could not fault our room - we had the Alpine Suite with balcony and view. Amazing. This was our first time in Queenstown and we will be back if we return and we will also be recommending the hotel to others if they are coming to stay and want to splash out a bit.

We held our wedding dinner at the St Moritz with over 7 rooms booked between the family. The service from the staff at the St Moritz was absolutely incredible. Including some last minute room changes, everything went swimmingly :) We highly recommend the St Moritz and commend their staff on their professionalism.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The valet guys were great, always had our car ready within 5 minutes of asking. The reception staff were lovely and overall our experience was very positive. The housekeeping ladies deserve a medal!! The only negative's I can comment on would be the cost of the parking and the room service fee. We didn't tip staff for delivering our meals because of the additional fee so they missed out. The parking fee is excessive. We have stayed in many hotels and your fee would have to be the most expensive I've found. Also found the service in the restaurant (dinner) extremly slow. We were'nt the only ones because we heard quite a number of guests asking where their food was. These are only minor issues and I would stay at the St Moritz again.

I enjoyed my stay. Had a lovely Alpine suite but the windows look out onto concrete walls which was the only unpleasant part. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, well maintained and comfortable accommodation. Great to come back to at the end of a busy day. Staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent - perfect for getting off to an early start each day. We also enjoyed happy hour drinks in the bar overlooking the lake. A great way to unwind at the end of the day.

The stay was very well organised and the rooms were good at the front of the hotel over looking the lake but we were in 530 and it was quite noisy as it was outside the entrance but it was ok. The wedding reception was great the staff were very good and the food was great with plenty of refilling of drinks and accommodating anything we needed.
