Felt like a home away from home. Great location and the buffet breakfast every morning was huge. Loved sitting by the fire in the reception area each afternoon after a big day.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel St Moritz to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday. We don't normally splash out for such premium accomodation, but we wanted to return to the place that we celebrated our honeymoon. We had an excellent time! Of special note was the staff member Danielle - she delivered a hand-written note, along with a small sweet treat and balloon to celebrate my wife's birthday! My wife was extremely excited and happy to receive this - it made our day. Such a thoughtful surprise.

I really enjoyed the hotel, everything was great .... front desk, breakfast staff, breakfast, the way in which my room was made up each day. The only thing was that concierge was not present enough at the driveway to collect guests' luggage. I experienced having to carry skis, suitcase etc myself when i could have done with an extra set of hands. Also people unloading their own cars regularly.

This is the second time we've stayed at the St Moritz Queenstown and we have a wonderful stay each time. The fire in the lobby is inviting to sit in front of and read or have a drink. The rooms are well done and ours had a balcony with fantastic views. The beds are comfortable. The staff are great in all aspects.

Very noisy especially after a supposed upgrade to be next door to the venue room with a wedding in full swing. The other room we booked was underneath the venue room and the banging and furniture went on and on to very late.

Lovely comfortable hotel with beautiful views. Breakfast a little disorganised,.had to repeatedly ask for tea/coffee etc and staff dont seem to have defined roles - seating, waiting etc. Outside of this time staff are really helpful and a pleasure

Fantastic stay again, staff are friendly and efficient, especially cleaning staff. Can't fault the hotel, great place to base for driving to the ski fields and just far enough from main part of town to walk to and still get a good night's sleep.

Enjoyable however no porter was there at my arrival to assist with bringing my luggage into the hotel and I had to wait a few days for wine glasses to be replaced. One was cracked when I arrived and then the other which was not cracked was taken by housekeeping? I was then requested by housekeeping to call the restaurant for replacement glasses, that should not have been requested of me. Beautiful view obviously, loved my room also, would be great to just have big glass windows to look out of and have an unobstructed view from the balcony doors etc. I understand this is an old hotel so window change may not be possible. Overall I had a great stay and would come back, thank you. Also I meant to advise that one of the main light switches in the room above the fridge was broken, thankfully I didn’t get electrocuted but you need to fix that, another guest may not have been so tolerable on that matter as it is a hazard.
