When I arrived at the hotel. Ms. Jinni and Ms. Buu greeted and welcomed me warmly. They come over and offer me a welcome drink and some nibbles. Thank you, Mr. Tony, for arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my belated birthday. I requested an early check-in, and the process went quite smoothly. The room was clean and pleasant. They put us first and made sure we were comfortable in our stay from beginning to end. You have now spoilt us and set a standard which I think will be hard to meet. Service was great. Room was nice, bright and very clean. Only weird thing was that the appliances (hair dryer & kettle) came in 2 pin plugs whereas the hotel provides 3 pin sockets. So we needed to ask for an adaptor (which came super fast)
