« Completely satisfied »

Check in was courteous and efficient. Room was spacious and convenient for spreading out and packing for a flight the next day. Breakfast included every item imaginable and was available early. Safe on-site parking was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurant was in walking distance. No complaints! Everything worked well for us. It was the right choice this time, and we'd definitely choose again next time.

This hotel is close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are relaxing. The restaurant is good with a range of foods and a buffet. Breakfast was outstanding and had a gluten free corner

« Totally Satisfied »

We chose this hotel based on proximity to the airport. The room was spacious, great for packing and organizing before an early flight the next morning. Since the restaurant was closed (Friday night) we walked to Au Bureau and enjoyed a casual but good meal of flatbread pizzas. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. A huge choice for breakfast was available at 5. Too bad we could only grab coffee and run. I think we couldn't have made a better choice!

Clean and welcoming but no restaurant in the evening and the shuttle to the airport only runs 7-17.00 so could not use it to catch our 7am flight. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good

Met by a receptionist who was very helpful, on entering the room was disappointed on finding the quilt cover torn and no tea or coffee making facilities in room they had however left a packet of sweets and a small bottle of water to share between myself and my partner. When trying to order a drink at the bar it was like a scene from faulty towers the guy serving spent more time trying to put the football on the tv and running back and forth to the till which was in another room from the bar to get your receipts and then your change. Surely it would make more sense to have you cash register in the bar switched on. When you did get served he wasn’t the most pleasant of people. Breakfast was a joke as there were no cups to put your coffee or tea in to and no forks or knives then again there was very little food as well. Just as well as you had to clear the tables your self as the last customers plates were still on them and the weren’t any staff going about.

« Good for an early morning flight »

A satisfactory stay in a location good for early morning flights from Bordeaux airport. Rooms however are a little ‘tired’ and our door needed to be pushed firmly to close it properly. A comfortable bed in an air-conditioned environment made for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was nothing to write home about - poor choice of fresh fruit, bread a bit chewy - had it not been included in the room rate then I would not have taken breakfast in the hotel.

« Exceeded all expectations »

Over delivered in every respect. Close to airport, very clean, efficient staff and check in / out. Best of all I left at 4.30 am for an early flight. Breakfast shouldn't have been until 5am, but the overnight staff had it fully ready well before this time - full buffet, including an orange juice machine. Great experience. Taxi is 15E when shuttle isn't running.

Overall pretty good. (+) Accommodation was roomy Staff was helpful. One lady packed some croissants for us a we were leaving early. Well insulated, no noise coming from outside, which is important when you stay close to an airport the complementary water bottles were nice to have (-) Minor: we had a 7am flight and I wished the shuttle was available on demand. we took the bus. that still worked out though the shower does not have any door so there is water splashing in the room

The room layout was unsatisfactory. Despite a large bathroom equiped for handicapped people, the bed setting was such that one person has to climb near the wall. During the night, in pitch dark, it is mission impossible! The side light is dangerously hanging down the ceiling, obviously previously damaged. The evening menu and the morning buffet are low quality, probably designed for people in hurry to leave the place. The shuttle bus is functioning well, the drivers knowing well their jobs and destinations at the terminals.

« Major issue with wake up call »

I did not get my wake up call at 4:30 am as I required when I arrived the evening before and asked the receptionist. If I had not spontaneously woken up, I would have missed my plane. This is a very serious issue! Please make sure this doesn’t happen to others as you will be asked to reimburse the airplane ticket!
