Quick in and out. Clean, effective. Great location for transit via train. Maybe a little prices (close to $75) but still very good. Breakfast was quite expensive and so I didn't buy it. Thank you!

the hotel is okay but the environment is dirty. I was not able to keep my window open because of pigeons....I kept it open and got feather in my room ...and you know how dirty are pigeons. the area is not very safe

Staff were excellent and went out their way to assist with information and suggestions. Room compact but bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to railway station but the area surrounding the hotel was a bit run down and we lost count of how many times day and (more worryingly) night we were approached by beggars looking for money for a fix. One guy was out off it on spice or similar. Charlerio could do with an injection of cash to make it a place to go.

Extremely close to the railway and bus stations, this is a good value, comfortable hotel. The check-in (and out) process was very straightforward, staff were efficient and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

« Simple but adequate for the price »

The hotel had been renovated since my last stay and the improved interior made the stay more pleasant. Room was adequate, the air con worked, breakfast was sufficient ( and provided very early in the morning which is a plus for travellers ). The area around looks more and more dilapidated and it is not easy to find anywhere to have a decent meal apart from a very snobbish brasserie just opposite with no tables free on a Tuesday early evening. The prices should not go up however as this is a fairly plain hotel and its main attraction is proximity to the station.

Unfortunately the airco was broken. Therefore we had to keep the windows open at night because of the heat which led to a restless night due to the street noise. The staff was very helpful though and breakfast was very good.

« The Charleroi Ibis is very convenient for train travel. »

Pleasant and extremely convenient. The room was not large, but very clean and the bathroom was very functional. The WiFi works well. We did not have the breakfast this time, but have had it in the past and it is nice.
